ŠEHOVIĆ: Vjerujem da će u septembru đaci biti u klupama, a ne za kompjuterima
Ukoliko zdravstvene vlasti budu procijenile da postoji bilo kakav rizik po bezbjednost djece buduci da raste broj zaraženih koronavirusom, ministarstvo prosvjete će biti spremno da odgovori i tom izazovu, kazao je u razgovoru za Novu M ministar prosvjete Damir Šehović.
Napominje da je projekat Uči doma prevazišao očekivanja i što je najvažnije, sačuvao zdravlje djece.
“Ukoliko zdravstvene vlasti budu procijenile da postoji bilo kakav rizik po bezbjednost djece onda budite sigurni da ćemo i tada biti na visini zadatka i da cemo uspjeti da transformišemo obrazovni sistem i da se prilagodimo toj novonastaloj situaciji. Međutim, kažem vam za sada ništa ne ukazuje da će to biti tako i ja vjerujem da ćemo na način na koji smo to radili svake prethodne godine započeti narednu školsku godinu”, napominje on.
A da se projekat Uči doma pokazao i te kako dobrim, siguran je ministar Šehović. Prevazišao je, kaže, sva očekivanja i ono sto je najvažnije odgovorio je svrsi.
“U jednom teškom vremenu je sačuvao zdravlje a našoj djeci obezbijedio znanje. To je u konačnom i bila poenta pokretanja ovako značajnog poduhvata od strane kompetnog obrazovnog resora. Kada iz ove perspektive posmatramo sta smo sve uspjeli da u rekordnim rokovima odradimo onda definitivno da ne mozemo biti zadovoljni”, dodao je ministar.
No, to je samo jedan od projekata kome je posvećeno ministartvo prosvjete. U planu je pilot projekat Digitalna učionica čiji je cilj da transformiše način obrazovanja. Podrazumijeva izradu digitalnih učbenika koji ipak nece zamijeniti klasične.
“Koji ne treba da zamijene klasični udzbenik već dopuna klasičnim udzbenicima na koje smo navikli. Isti ce se odnositi na sve prvog razreda osnovne škole i ako sve bude teklo po planu mi ćemo vrlo vjerovatno već od početka naredne školske godine imati priliku da implementiramo taj projekat”, kazao je Šehović.
A da bi uspjesno realizovali ove aktivnosti ministarstvo će zamijeniti kompetnu računarsku opremu u svim osnovnim i srednjim školama u Crne Gore oko čega već pripremaju tendersku dokumentaciju.
“Takođe ćemo prvih nekoliko razreda osnovne skole snabdjeti neophodnom opremom u smislu smart tabli i pametnih televizora a sve učionice u svim skolama u Crnoj Gori ćemo obezbijediti kvalitetan internet signal.U planu je još 38 kapitalnih projekata”, dodaje ministar.
Podsjeća da je ministarstvo prosvjete potpisalo kreditni aranžman sa Evropskom investicionom bankom, a taj novac biće iskorišćen između za izgradnju novih i rekonstrukciju postojećih skola.
“Mi ćemo biti u prilici da sagradimo četiri nove škole, da rekonstruišemo tri vrtića, da izvrsimo rekonstrukciju deset srednjih stručnih skola, da kupimo novi namještaj za sve škole, da zamijenimo računarsku opremu”, naglasio je on.
Ministar je ubijeđen da je u prethodnom četvorogodišnjem periodu urađeno sve što je bilo u moći ministarstva prosvjete o čemu će imati priliku građani da sude.
