Šifrovane poruke terete Vukotića za planiranje ubistva?
Tajna komunikacija putem Sky Ecc platforme očigledno je skupo koštala i navodnog vođu “škaljarskog klana” Jovana Vukotića, jer su, prema nezvaničnim saznanjima Dnevnih novina, do sada dešifrovane poruke koje je Specijalno tužilaštvo dobilo zahvaljući EUROPOL-u ukazale da je on navodno pripremao ubistva Veljka Belivuka i Marka Miljkovića u januaru ove godine na aerodromu u Tivtu. Naime, u prepisci među članovima “kavačkog klana” putem šifrovanih poruka, Vukotić se pominje kao naručilac ubistva Belivuka i Miljkovića.
Zbog sumnje da su pripremali ubistvo Belivuka i Miljkovića 22. januara u Tivtu su uhapšeni Radovan Stanišić, Milo Jovanović i Goran Marković. Da li je neko od osumnjičenih u međuvremenu progovorio ili se dokazi protiv Vukotića, koji su posredni, baziraju samo na osnovu dešifrovanih poruka biće poznato danas, za kada je zakazana konferencija za novinare Specijalnog državnog tužilaštva.
Podsjećamo korisnici Skaj global uređaja međusobno komuniciraju u zatvorenoj mreži, a kompanija usmjerava komunikacije preko šifrovanih servera koji se nalaze u Kanadi i Francuskoj. Višemjesečnim radom policija Francuske, Holandije, Belgije i Europola, ova tajna platforma je srušena i dešifrovana.
Po nalogu SDT prekjuče je raspisana potjernica za Vukotićem kojeg SDT dovodi u vezu sa krivičnim djelom stvaranje kriminalne organizacije i teško ubistvo putem pomaganja. Takođe postoje sumnje da je izvršio krivično djelo podstrekavanja na izvršenje ubistva.
Prema nezvaničnim podacima iz policije, Vukotiću se gubi trag početkom ovog mjeseca, zbog čega se sumnja da je napustio zemlju. Po nalogu SDT-a prekjuče su u popodnevnim satima pretresani objekti u vlasništvu Vukotića u Podgorici, Kotoru i na Cetinju, međutim, policija nije prošala ništa što bi bilo sumnjivo.
Vukotić je pravosnažno osuđen u Beogradu 2019. godine na 15 mjeseci zbog falsifikovanih isprava. Nakon odslužene kazne on je 8. februara prošle godine iz Srbije izručen Crnoj Gori, koja ga je potraživala radi vođenja krivičnog postupka pred podgoričkim Višim sudom zbog krivičnih djela teško ubistvo u pokušaju i nedozvoljeno držanje oružja. Odmah nakon ekstradicije saslušan je u Višem tužilaštvu, zatim kod sudije za istragu, nakon čega je sproveden u spuški zatvor. Vukotić je 28. jula napustio spuški zatvor nakon ukidanja pritvora. Bio je osumnjičen za pokušaj ubistva Miloša Radonjića i Vojina Stupara, a na teret mu se stavljalo i da je pucao na Tamaru Zvicer, ali je oslobođen svih optužbi.
Škaljarska grupa, čiji je Jovica Vukotić jedan od navodnih vođa, dovodi se u blisku vezu sa grupom Luke Bojovića, koji u Španiji izdržava zatvorsku kaznu od 18 godina, na koju je osuđen zbog organizovanog kriminala. Ova dva klana zajedno su radila na švercu i distribuciji narkotika širom Evrope.
Prema operativnim podacima, Jovan Vukotić često je boravio u Beogradu, ali dolazio je i u Novi Pazar, na Kopaonik i Zlatibor, gdje se sastajao sa pripadnicima klana Luke Bojovića. Podaci koje je crnogorska policija uputila kolegama u Srbiji ukazuju da je Vukotić “dominantno sprovodio aktivnosti krijumčarenja narkotika i izvršenja najtežih krivičnih djela” prije svega onih koji se odnose na sukobe sa “kavačkim klanom”, sa kojim su “škaljarci” od 2014. godine u ratu.
Ovaj rat počeo je krajem 2014. godine, kada je u španskoj luci Valensija nestalo 300 kilograma kokaina. Prva žrtva u ratu bio je Goran Radoman, blizak upravo “škaljarcima”, nakon čije smrti su se nizala ubistva na obje strane. Do sada je u sukobu kl an ova ubijeno više od 40 osoba, a likvidacije su se događale kako na teritoriji Crne Gore, tako i Srbije, gdje klanovi imaju bliske saradnike.
