Srećko je za nekoliko sati zaradio skoro 400 evra: Možete i vi ako RANO USTANETE
Obilne padavine tokom ovog ljeta stvorile su idealne uslove za razmnožavanje gljiva, pa su šume, uglavnom na padinama visokih planina bukvalno preplavljene lisičarkama, vrganjima i drugim vrstama “šumskog mesa”. Crnogorske planine, ali i one u regionu, pune su berača pečurki, koji sa manje ili vise uspjeha, ovim hobijem popunjavaju kućni budžet.
Rekord je postavio Srećko Cvetković iz Vladičinog Hana, lpko je ispod planine Oblik, sa majkom i prijateljem Draganom Stojilkovićem, za samo nekoliko sati nabrao 27 kilograma lisičarki, prenosi srpski Telegraf.
– Nadali smo se da ćemo naći dosta pečuraka, ali iskreno ovolike količine ni sami nismo očekivali.
Nailazili smo na neobično krupne primjerke lisičarki, a od onoga što smo ubrali nešto smo prodali, a one najljepše i najbolje smo ostavili za pohovanje, prženje i kiseljenje za zimu – kaže Cvetković.
On dodaje i da branje pečuraka, često služi za dopunu kućnog budžeta.
Otkupljivači ih ovog ljeta, nakon velike ponude plaćaju 100 do 150 dinara za kilogram, dok su one koje su se u aprilu i maju javljale u šumama na jugu Srbije otkupljivali čak i po 10 evra za kilogram.
Iako djeluje lako i primamljivo, branje pečuraka nije nimalo lak posao. Ustajanje u ranu zoru, hod po šumi, budna pažnja i traženje ovog skrivenog šumskog blaga, kako ga mnogi zovu, podrazumijeva se za one koji krenu u branje pečuraka.
Lisičarki ima u gustim šumama, ispod žbunova i grmova.
Rastu i na mrtvičavim mjestima u šumi ili nedaleko od potoka, jer im dosta pogoduje vlaga.
Često su prekrivene debelim slojem prošlogodišnjeg opalog lišća, ali za prave gurmane, kao i one koji žele da zarade po nešto, ni ovo nije problem.
