Ubio rođenog brata: Rožajcu 14 godina zatvora
Prema navodima optužnice, Enes Škrijelj je 15.aprila oko 21 sat i 50 minuta na u Ulici Ibarskoj u Rožajama, ispred zajedničke porodične kuće ubio svoga brata. Navodi se da je iz pištolja marke M-57 – tetejac, cal.7,62 milimetra, koji je njegovo vlasništvo, nakon kraće prepirke u pravcu oštećenog ispalio dva projektila koji su ga pogodili u predjelu grudi vrata, nanijevši mu povredu od koje je odmah nastupila smrt.
Okrivljeni se tokom istrage, uglavnom branio ćutanjem, dok je na glavnom pretresu uz kajanje i žaljenje za svim što se desilo emotivno ispričao šta se desilo.
Rekao je da je kritičnog dana imao verbalni sukob sa kolegom autoprevoznikom koji je umalo kulminirao fizičkim obračunom. Pošao je kući sa namjerom da uzme pištolj, ali, ne da ubije već da zaplaši kolegu sa kojim je prethodno imao sukob. Onda mu se, kako je kazao, u tom trenutku ispriječio brat na putu, pa je iz nehata prilikom otimanja oko oružja, pritisnuo obarač i usmrtio ga.
Nakon saopštene presude branilac okrivljenog, advokat Radovan Obradović za Standard je kazao da će se žaliti na presudu.
„Izrečena kazna je prestroga imajući u vidu činjenicu da se u konkretnom slučaju radi o ubistvu iz nehata a nikako da je postojao eventualni umišljaj. Braća su živjela u skladnim porodičnim odnosima što su na glavnom pretresu izjavili i predstavnici oštećene porodice, prije svega njihova sestra Nevzeta Pepić, koja se nije pridružila krivičnom gonjenju. Porodica je, prije svega očekivala blažu kaznu jer je Enes imao obavezu da se stara ne samo o svojoj već i bratovljevoj djeci. Ovako izrečena mu je višegodišnja kazna, koju je porodica zaista teško primila“, kazao je Obradović.
