Ubio se jer nije kažnjen čovjek koji mu je silovao ćerku?
J…m ti ovu državu! U njoj ništa ne valja! ne prilazite, baciću bombu! – vikao je 54-godišnji pomorac iz Splita u utorak navečer na splitskoj plaži Kaštelet, malo prije no što je bombu aktivirao i tako se ubio.
Dan poslije, kao motiv samouboistva spominje se njegova ogorčenost hrvatskim pravosuđem, čiju je neučinkovitost osjetio na svojoj koži. Prema neslužbenim informacijama, 54-godišnjak se odlučio na samoubistvo razočaran jer državne institucije nisu reagovale kako je očekivao kada je 2009. prijavio bliskog obiteljskog prijatelja za silovanje njegove tada 16-godišnje kćeri. Prijavio je silovanje, ali očito sustav, po njegovom sudu, nije reagirao kako treba.
Zbog toga je i u novembru 2010. mačetom lupao na vrata čovjeka za kojeg je tvrdio da mu je silovao malodobnu kćer, inače profesora. Zbog tog čina 54-godišnjak je kazneno prijavljen, a poslije i uslovno osuđen. U trenutku kada je došao na vrata svog bivšeg prijatelja, vikao mu je: – Pedofilčino, ubit ću te! – zbog čega je uslovno osuđen za prijetnju. Tvrdnje, da je samouboistvo počinjeno zbog nezadovoljstva njihovim odlukama, u splitskom ŽDO-u nisu htjeli komentirati. – Komentara nemam, no moguće je da DORH izađe sa saopštenjem – kazala je Rene Laura.
Što se tiče same prijave za silovanje maloljetnice i svim okolnostima vezanim za nju, o njoj nadležne institucije zakonski ništa ni ne smiju kazati. Međutim, nakon što je osuđen na splitskom Opšinskom sudu zbog prijetnji, 54-godišnjak je 2012. dao intervju Slobodnoj Dalmaciji. Ispričao je kako je njihov porodični prijatelj, profesor, uz njihov pristanak odveo 16-godišnjakinju na plažu u Omiš gdje ju je u šatoru dirao i zavlačio joj prste po intimnim dijelovima tijela. Otac je prijavio silovanje, ali su mu u DORH-u rekli da nije bilo silovanja. – Kazali su mi da je djelo blaže kvalificirano jer moja kći od 16 godina 55-godišnjaku nije jasno rekla ne – kazao je tada novinarima.
