Uhapšen Podgoričanin Janko Vukadinović (25), osumnjičen da je bacio bombu na vrata načelniku policije
Iz Uprave policije je saopšteno da je za Vukadinovićem raspisana nacionalna potjernica u okviru policijske akcije „Frenklin“ i da je.uhapšen juče prilikom ulaska u Crnu Goru.
“Sumnja se da je Janko Vukadinović počinio krivično djelo izazivanje opšte opasnosti u sticaju sa krivičnim djelom nedozovljeno držanje oružja i eksplozivnih materija na tako što je, 23. decembra 2013. godine oko 3.30 časova, aktivirao ručnu bombu ispred ulaznih vrata stana načelnika Centra bezbjednosti Bar Miloša Radulovića u Podgorici”, saopštio je na konferenciji za novinare rukovodioc Grupe za suzbijanje krvnih i seksualnih delikata u Odsjeku za suzbijanje opšteg kriminaliteta Sektora kriminalističke policije Aleksandar Bošković.
On je kazao da je tada o događaju je obaviješten zamjenik Osnovnog državnog tužioca u Podgorici, po čijem nalogu su preduzete dalje policijske mjere i radnje.
Prema njegovim riječima tokom uviđaja je utvrđeno da su nastala oštećena na ulaznim vratima, kao i u samom stanu Radulovića.
Od jačine eksplozije nastala su oštećenja i na ulaznim vratima dva susjedna stana, a tom prilikom niko nije povrijeđen.
Kriminalistička policija je od momenta izvšenja krivičnog djela do sada preduzimala intenzivne mjere i radnje na prikupljanju materijalnih dokaza u cilju rasvjetljavnja krivičnog djela, i tako su došli do identiteta osumnjičenog Janka Vukadinovića, koji se do juče nalazio na izdražavanju zatvorske kazne u jednoj susjednoj državi.
“Službenici Sektora kriminalističke policije i CB Podgorica su, po nalogu nadležnog zamjenika Osnovnog državnog tužioca u Podgorici, juče u službenim prostorija CB Podgorica uzeli izjavu od Vukadinovića. On je uhapšen i uz poseban izvještaj, kao dopunu krivične prijave, je priveden nadležnom tužiocu, zbog osnova sumnje da je počinio navedeno krivično djelo”, naveo je Bošković.
Vukadinović je nedavno procesuiran u okviru međunarodnog predmeta „Frenkin“.
“Naime, službenici Odsjeka za suzbijanje privrednog kriminaliteta su, u saradnji i po nalogu tužilaštva, 10. novembra 2015. godine realizovali su aktivnosti u okviru međunarodnog predmeta „Frenklin“ koji se odnosi na otkrivanje, sprečavanje i suzbijanje falsifikovanja novca na međunarodnom nivou, u okviru kojeg su tog dana podnijeli krivične prijave protiv pet osoba – dva državljanina Republike Srbije i tri crnogorska državljanina među kojima je i janko Vukadinović, zbog osnova sumnje da su na našoj teritoriji počinili krivično djelo falsifikovanje novca”, dodao je Bošković.
Međunarodni akciju „Frenklin“realizovale su policije pet država – Crne Gore, Srbije, Rumunije, Hrvatske i Bosne i Hercegovine, uz učešće SELEC Centra u Bukureštu. Aktivnosti u okviru ovog predmeta su se na našoj teritoriji realizovale u kooridinaciji i po nalogu tužilaštva.
“Sumnja se da je pet osoba na teritoriji Crne Gore stavilo u opticaj ukupno 246 falsifikovanih novčanica u apoenima od po 100 američkih dolara, čime su za sebe pribavili protivpravnu imovinsku korist od oko 18.000 eura”, zaključio je Bošković.
