UNICEF čestita Crnoj Gori na ulaganju u djecu koje je planirano novim Budžetom
UNICEF čestita Vladi i Skupštini Crne Gore na usvajanju državnog Budžeta za 2021. godinu koji, uprkos socio-ekonomskoj krizi izazvanoj pandemijom, uključuje sredstva za finansiranje najvažnijih ulaganja u djecu i porodice, saopšteno je iz UNICEF-a.
Kako dodaju, uvođenje besplatnih udžbenika za sve učenike osnovnih škola i usvajanje dječjeg dodatka za svu djecu uzrasta do šest godina predstavljaju korake u dobrom smjeru.
Ističu, da međutim za punu podršku svakom djetetu i porodici potrebno je još mnogo toga, a ključno je da sve reforme budu fiskalno održive i zasnovane na dokazima.
“UNICEF pozdravlja posvećenost Ministarstva finansija i socijalnog staranja da osigura finansiranje najvažnijih usluga za najugroženiju djecu, poput dnevnih centara za djecu sa smetnjama u razvoju i servisa ’Porodični saradnik’, kojim se jača biološka porodica i tako sprečava odvajanje djeteta od porodice usljed krize. UNICEF poziva Vladu da osigura održivo finansiranje ovih kritičnih usluga prilikom i planiranja budućih budžeta i spreman je da joj pruži podršku u ovom procesu”, istakao je šef predstavništva UNICEF-a u Crnoj Gori Huan Santander.
Iz UNICEF-a su naglasili, da najmanje svako treće dijete u Crnoj Gori u riziku je od siromaštva.
“Socio-ekonomska kriza izazvana COVID-om-19 sigurno je povećala ovaj broj. Stoga, obezbjeđivanje pristupa svakom djetetu i porodici kvalitetnim zdravstvenim i uslugama socijalne i dječje zaštite, zatim obrazovanju, sportu i kulturi, sada je važnije nego ikad kako bi se ublažile negativne posljedice krize”, zaključuju iz UNICEF-a.
