Ovim riječima je svoj boravak u betonjerci podgoričkog odjeljenja bezbjednosti ocijenio Vladan Ivanović, Podgoričanin kojem je ovo, kako kaže, bilo prvo iskustvo sa crnogorskom policijom u životu, a koji je preko 20 godina živio u Kanadi i Americi.
Ivanović je svoje “iskustvo” iz betonjerke odmah po događaju ispričao novinaru i blogeru Dušku Kovačeviću na njegovom Fejsbuk profilu.
On u razgovoru za VOP tvrdi i da je, osim njega, istoga dana u betonjerci, a potom kod sudije za prekršaje, završilo preko 20 građana Podgorice, po istom osnovu – zbog komentara na društvenoj mreži Fejsbuk.
Oni su uhapšeni po prijavama Aleksandra Zekovića, bivšeg predsjednika Savjeta za građansku kontrolu rada policije, i člana Saveta Građanske inicijative 21. maj.
Ivanović za VOP kaže da je u betonjerci proveo punih osam sati, iako je, kako navodi, policiji skrenuo pažnju da je bolestan te da mora uzimati lijekove.
Nakon toga je u policijskoj marici sproveden sudiji za prekršaje.
“Bacili su me u betonjerku kao da sam kriminalac. Na ovaj način se ne tretiraju ni oni koje gone krivično za krađe i šverc droge”, ogorčen je Ivanović.
Dodaje da se njegov komentar na Fejsbuku odnosio na političke stavove Zekovića, te da nije bio, niti govor mržnje, a pogotovu ne bilo kakva prijetnja.
“Stavovi gospodina Zekovića koje je izrekao u navedenom tekstu povodom hapšenja Rista Jovanovića na Kosovu, a sa kojima sam ja polemisao, i izrečene ocjene su za mene bile duboko uvredljive, kao i za ogroman broj drugih koji su komentarisali, pa niko nije podnio policiji prijavu protiv njega”, kaže Ivanović
Iz policije su za VOP potvrdili da je Ivanović uhapšen po prijavi Zekovića.
“Službenici Centra bezbjednosti Podgorica su, postupajući po prijavi A.Z., lišili slobode 9. jula 2021. godine.
On je na jednoj društvenoj mreži postavio komentar uvrjedljive sadržine na račun oštećenog A.Z.
O navedenom događaju je obavješten državni tužilac u Osnovnom državnom tužilšatvu u Podgorici koji se izjasnio da u radnjama V.I. nema elemenata krivičnog djela za koje se goni po službenoj dužnosti”, navode iz policije.
Protiv Ivanovića je, kako kažu, podnijeta prekršajna prijava zbog počinjenog prekršaja iz člana 7 (drsko
ponašanje) Zakona o javnom redu i miru na štetu A.Z.
Iz policije su nam, takođe, rekli da su oni obavezni da postupe po svim prijavama građana.
Ivanović, međutim, tvrdi da je prije duže vremena podnio prijavu za krađu u iznosu od više hiljada eura, ali da policija tu prijavu još nije procesuirala, pa je, umjesto da bude pozvan tim povodom, završio u betonjerci zbog komentara na Fejsbuku:
