Vlada iz budžetskih rezervi plaća dugove ambasada
Vlada je odobrila da se iz budžetskih rezervi prebaci 215 hiljada eura Ministarstvu vanjskih poslova (MVP), kako bi izmirilo dugove konzularnih predstavništava.
U odluci koju je Vlada usvojila u četvrtak, navodi se da je analizom rada diplomatsko-konzularnih predstavništava (DKP) konstatovano da je prošla godina završena sa neizmirenim obavezama od 215.000 eura.
“Neizmirivanje obaveza za pružene usluge i nabavljenu robu dovelo je do najave pokretanja sporova pred nadležnim sudovima u državama prijema”, navodi se u predlogu koji vladi dostavio ministar vanjskih poslova Srđan Darmanović.
Navodi se da bi dio neizmirenih obaveza bio plaćen “što prije, a drugi mjesec kasnije”. Ističe se i da će 112. 000 eura biti isplaćeno na troškove zakupa objekata u kojima se nalaze diplomatsko-konzularna predstavništva Crne Gore, dok će 19.443 biti potrošeno na dugove za službena putovanja. Dugovanja za reprezentacije iznose 6.000 eura, za isplate po ugovorima o dijelu 8.509 eura. Neplaćene usluge prevoza iznose 8.594 eura, a rashodi za gorivo su 2.377 eura.
