VLADA ODLIČILA: Crna Gora protjerala ruskog diplomatu
Crna Gora je proglasila jednog ruskog diplomatu za persona non grata i uskratila saglasnost za djelovanje počasnog konzula RF saopšteno je iz Vlade.
“Vlada Crne Gore je donijela odluku da proglasi jednog diplomatskog predstavnika akreditovanog u ambasadi Ruske Federacije za persona non grata i da povuče saglasnost za djelovanje počasnog konzula Ruske Federacije u Crnoj Gori. O mjerama je obaviještena ambasada Ruske Federacije u Podgorici uz rok od sedam dana da diplomatski predstavnik napusti Crnu Goru”, navodi se u saopštenju.
Ističu da Crna Gora i ovu odluku “donosi koordinirano sa saveznicima, u skladu sa mjerama preuzetim od strane članica EU i NATO”, a u vezi sa djelovanjem Rusije i napadom nervnim gasom na teritoriji UK koji je, kako kažu, Vlada u znak solidarnosti sa britanskim partnerima jasno osudila.
Premijer Duško Marković juče je nagovijestio da bi Vlada Crne Gore mogla protjerati ruske diplomate, poručujući da je Crna Gora obavezna da slijedi vanjsku politiku Evropske unije (EU) i da se solidariše sa članicama NATO-a.
Ukupno 23 svjetske države, od kojih 16 članica EU, odlučilo je da protjera ruske diplomate zbog napada nervnim gasom na ruskog špijuna Sergeja Skripala i njegovu kćerku Juliju na teritoriji Velike Britanije.
Talas protjerivanja uslijedio je nakon što je britanska premijerka Tereza Mej kazala da bi više od 130 ljudi moglo biti izloženo nervnom agensu kojim su otrovani Skripalovi. Nakon što su lideri EU poručili da su dokazi o ruskoj umiješanosti čvrsta osnova za dalju akciju, najavljeno je protjerivanje diplomata iz Ukrajine, Kanade, Albanije i Makedonije. Iz Rusije su poručili da će svima odgovoriti pojedinačno.
Geopolitički analitičar Blagoje Grahovac ocijenio je da protjerivanje ruskih diplomata nije čudo, jer se “bave obavještajnim a ne diplomatskim radom”.
“Crna Gora je odavno zarobljenik u borbi Istoka i Zapada. Najveća nesreća Crne Gore je u tome što je aktuelna vlast talac i jednih i drugih. Ta odluka o protjerivanju neće biti odluka Crne Gore”, kazao je Grahovac i dodao da je u ustoličenju aktuelne vlasti veliki posao bio u rukama tajnih službi “među kojima je prednjačio KGB”.
Bivši šef diplomatije Branko Lukovac smatra da ne bi bilo pametno da Crna Gora protjera ruske diplomate.
“Nadam da se Crna Gora nije sprema da se pridruži toj akciji, za koju mislim da je potpuno pogrešna i da liči na histeriju koja treba sve da zabrine. Zbog sumnji koje još nijesu dokazane, vodi se kampanja koja će uveliko da pogorša globalne odnose u međunarodnoj zajednici. Nadam se da Crna Gora neće to uraditi, da se neće istrčavati i solidarisati sa onima koji su već odluku donijeli”, kazao je Lukovac je kazao za Antenu M da Crna Gora ne mora da se solidariše sa odlukama EU. “Nema tu moranja. Mi moramo jedino da vodimo računa o našim dugoročnim interesima, a naš interes je, pored članstva u EU, da razvijamo dobre odnose i sa drugim zemljama, pogotovo sa onim krupnim međunarodnim faktorima”, naveo je on.
Crna Gora je 2014. godine uvela sankcije Rusiji slijedeći politiku EU-a, dok je Moskva nedavno produžila sankcije prema Crnoj Gori do kraja 2018. godine.
