Vuković: Nastavićemo da baštinimo i štitimo od primitivizma slobodarstvo
Povodom 19. decembra – Dana oslobođenja Podgorice danas je u Muzičkom centru Crne Gore održana svečana sjednica Skupštine Glavnog grada Podgorice. Sjednica je zbog epidemiološke situacije održana uz poštvanje svih mjera propisanih od strane nadležnih institucija.
Predsjednik Skupštine Glavnog grada dr Đorđe Suhih je čestitajući Dan Glavnog grada i 76 godina od oslobođenja od fašizma istako da se na današnji dan treba prije svega prisjetiti onog 19. decemba 1944. godine kad su u tim hladnim danima borci narodnooslobodilačke vojske jurišali na brojnijeg i jačeg protivnika vodili borbe za oslobođenje našeg grada.
„Oni su tada bili nošeni željom za slobodom i idejom građenjim boljeg i humanijeg društva gdje ćemo svi biti isti. Mnogi su i život dali u toj borbi. To ne smijemo zaboraviti iako je prošlo mnogo godina. Ali dolaze neka druga vremena, ne pjevaju se više partizanske pjesme, ne gledaju se filmovi o herojstvima učesnika o Narodanoj osobodilačkoj borbi. Svjesni smo da vrijeme prolazi, svesni smo da nažalost nema više mnogo učesnika NOB-a među živima“, istakao je Suhih.
„Prihvatamo da su neki događaji rezultat vremena u kojem se dešavaju. Prihvatamo da su promjene neminovnost i da nove generacije moraju zajedno nastaviti da stvaraju Podgoricu kao najbolji spoj multietnične, multikonfesione, multikulturalne sredine, sredine dobrokomšinskih odnosa i saradnje. Ali nikako ne možemo prihvatiti da nam neko podržan iz drugi centara mijenja prošlost i utiče na našu sadašnjost i budućnost. Podgorica je uvjek bila i biće prepoznata kao mjesto otvoreno za sve ljude čiista srca ali i sa njegovanjem i poštovanjem antifašizma, tredicije koja je Crnu Goru uvrstila u red sila pobjednica nad najvećim zlom u istoriji čovječanstva“, zaključio je Suhih.
Gradonačelnik dr Ivan Vuković prilikom je podsjetio na vrijednosti slobodarstva i antifašizma, koje su inspirisale naše ponosne pretke da ustanu protiv okupatora 13. jula 1941.godine, ali i na dan oslobođenja Podgorice tri godine kasnije.
Gradonačelnik je naglasio da su to vrijednosti koje čine temelj savremene, evropske crne gore i njenog multietničkog, građanskog društva, vrijednosti o kojima svjedoči lik i djelo jednog od ovogodišnjih dobitnika nagrade “19. Decembar”, našeg Huseina-Cena Tuzovića, kao i vrijednosti zbog kojih je naša istorija slavna, vrijednosti bez kojih je naša budućnost neizvjesna.
“Zbog onih koji su bili prije nas, zbog onih koji će doći poslije nas, i zbog nas samih, nastavićemo da baštinimo i, od netolerancije i šovinizma, od mržnje i primitivizma, štitimo vrijednosti slobodarstva i antifašizma kao neodvojivi dio identiteta naše Podgorice”, istakao ej Vuković.
Vuković je istakao da je 2020. godina bila puna izazova, ali da je to najbolja godina za Glavni grad u poslednjoj deceniji.
‘’U najkraćem, započeta je realizacija projekta vijeka- Sistema za sakupljanje i prečišćavanje otpadnih voda. Dobili smo jedan novi Bulevar, krenula je izgradnja još tri. Riješili smo pitanje vodosnadbijevanja za nekoliko hiljada naših sugrađana. Stvorili smo pretpostavke za realizaciju jednog broja projekata na koje su građani čekali decenijama, poput rekonstrukcije Stadiona malih sportova, modernizacije starog puta prema Danilovgradu, izgradnje Ulice Baku, gradnja Urgentnog bloka i osnovne škole u Tološima. Izgradili smo 4 nova parka, započeli izgradnju još dva. Gradili smo jedno dječije igralište i jedan sportski poligon mjesečno. ‘’ kazao je Vuković i dodao da su stvorene pretpostavke za rekonstrukciju gradskog Trga I modernizaciju javnog prevoza, nove biznis zone u Podgorici, kao i osnivanje lokalnog javnog emitera.
‘’Dok je ljudi kao što ste vi, sunce našeg grada će vječno sjati, i biće vječna Crna Gora’’ zaključio je Vuković i zahvalio se kolegama na predanom radu i brojnim uspjesima u prethodnoj godini.
Nagrada 19. Decembar uručena je Husenu Cenu-Tuzoviću, a članovi porodica Ubović i Divanović primili su nagrade za poshumne dobitnice najvećeg priznanja Glavnog gada Novku Ubović Pašu Divanović.
Tuzović je u ime dobitnika svim građanima četitao Dan Glavnog grada svim građanima i 76. godišnjicu od oslobođenja Podgorice izražavajući zahvalnost što mu je u 83. godini dodijeljeno ovo veliko prizanje od svoga grada u kome je je rođen, školovan, za koji je uvijek bio privržen i za koji se stalno borio. On je izrazio zaljenje što danas nijesu prisutne Novka Ubović i Paša Divanović, naglašavajući da su s punm pravo zavrijedile da im se posthumno dobijeli Nagrada 19. decembar i zahvalio svima koji su ga predložili za ovo veliko priznanje.
