Vuković: Vrtić u Bloku VI još jedan dokaz nesposobnosti MPNKS
Gradonačelnik Podgorice Ivan Vuković kazao je da je izgradnja vrtića u Bloku VI još jedan dokaz nesposobnosti Ministarstva prosvjete.
“U očajničkom pokušaju da opravdaju svoj nerad i neodgovornost prema stanovnicima Podgorice, u konkretnom slučaju činjenicu da vrtić u Bloku VI neće biti završen na vrijeme (zvaničan rok je jun 2021.) nadležni u Ministarstvu prosvjete opet manipulišu”, naveo je Vuković na Fejsbuku.
Tvrdi se, kako kaže, da vrtić neće biti otvoren jer nije završena pristupna saobraćajnica.
“Istine radi: izgradnja saobraćajnice nije obaveza Glavnog grada, već Vlade Crne Gore. Glavni grad je imao obavezu projektovanja saobraćajnice, što je završeno za manje od četiri mjeseca otkako smo dobili zvanični zahtjev Ministarstva (05.04. – 02.08.)”, istakao je Vuković.
Sve i da je ulica završena, evidentno je, objašnjava gradonačelnik, da je dobar dio objekta i dalje “u sivoj fazi”, a opremanje ostatka objekta nije ni započeto.
“U budžetu za ovu godinu, za ove radove je opredijeljeno cijelih 18.200 eura, što nije dovoljno da vrtić bude opremljen”, dodao je Vuković.
Radove je, tvdi, nemoguće završiti za dva mjeseca, kako najavljuju iz Ministarstva.
“Uzgred, Glavni grad je ustupio Vladi Crne Gore parcele za izgradnju vrtića na Zlatici i (još jednog) na Starom aerodromu. Još uvijek čekamo da Vlada krene u projektovanje tih objekata” zaključio je Vuković.
