Zabranjena gradnja u djelovima Budve i Petrovca
Gradonačelnik Budve Dragan Krapović donio je odluku o zabrani gradnje na područjima detaljnih urbanističkih planova (DUP) “Budva – centar” i “Petrovac – centar”, čime je obustavljeno izdavanje građevnskih dozvola za gradnju stanova i apartmana za tržište u elitnim djelovima metropole turizma.
Krapović je odluku potpisao pozivajući se na Zaključak o potrebni donošenja odluke o zabrani gradnje, koji je prije dvije sedmice usvojila Skupština većinom glasova.
Dozvola se može jedino izdati za “izvođenje građevinskih radova radi hitne sanacije iznenadno nastalih oštećenja građevina radi sprečavanja nastanka dalje štete na građevini, susjednom objektu, javnim površinama…”.
On je i pismeno obavijestio Sekretarijat za urbanizama da prestane sa izdavanjem građevinskih dozvola.
Odlukom je izuzeta gradnja hotela, porodičnih kuća do 500 kvadrata i infrastrukture.
“”Progres” u režiji DPS-a ovom odlukom staje danas i počinje era građana Budve”, poručio je nedavno Krapović, nakon što je dobio zeleno svjetlo parlamenta da uvede moratorijum.
Još 2013. godine, tadašnji predsjednik Opštine Lazar Rađenović donio je odluku o izmjenama i dopunama pomenutih planskih dokumenta, nakon građanske incijativa da se obore oba DUP-a zbog urbanističkog haosa u Budvi i Petrovcu.
Nova gradska uprava ranije je najavila da bi do početka nove građevinske sezone, odnosno do oktobra, mogla da donese izmjene i dopune oba planska dokumenta, i tako zaštiti brojne javne površine koje su se, kako navode, našle na udaru građevinskog lobija, ali i smanji spratnost koja je prelazila i 16 etaža.
Sekretarijat za urbanizam intenzivno izdaje dozvole za sva ostala građevinska područja, od Jaza do Buljarice, koja su pokrivena planskim dokumentima.
Prihod od komunalija biće manji za milion, investitori čekaju
Brojni investitori i građani koji su izvadili urbanističko-tehničke uslove za gradnju stambenih zgrada u zoni uz obalu, moraće da sačekaju donošenje novih planskih dokumenta, a na čekanju je i nekoliko građevinskih dozvola koje su uveliko bile u proceduri.
Da će zbog odluke biti manji priliv novca od komunalije ove godine, već sada je jasno, a iz Službe za naplatu naknade za komunalno opremanje građevinskog zemljišta obavijestila je nadležne da će naplatiti milion eura manje.
