ZEKOVIĆ: I dalje nepoznate osobe koje su prijetile Romima i Egipćanima, pojačano prisustvo policije u Nikšiću
Uprava policije me je obavijestila da pristalice prosrpskih partija koje su na dan održavanja opštinskih izbora u Nikšiću, 14. marta prijetili porodici Fane Delije i ostalima iz naselja u kojem uglavnom žive pripadnici romske i egipćanske zajednice i poručili im da se sele još uvijek nijesu otkriveni i procesuirani, kazao je Aleksandar Saša Zeković, aktivista za ljudska prava i bivši predsjednik Savjeta za građansku kontrolu rada policije.
“Ranije sam ukazao da su te prijetnje posljedica diskriminacije i drugorazrednog doživljaja lokalnih Roma i Egipćana, posljedica stereotipa i pogrešne percepcije, a posebno, u kontekstu izbora, njihovih pretpostavljenih političkih uvjerenja”, navodi Zeković.
Fana Delija je, ističe, jedna od vodećih crnogorskih braniteljki ljudskih prava koja je za svoj aktivistički rad dobila i najveća priznanja Evropske unije i Ambasade Sjedinjenih američkih država u Podgorici i uživa nepodijeljeno povjerenje u crnogorskom civilnom društvu i intelektualnim krugovima.
“Na dan održavanja izbora u Nikšiću, od v.d. direktora Uprave policije Zorana Brđanina sam zatražio da naloži da se pojača sigurnost ove porodice i naselja u kojima stanuju Romi i Egipćani kao i da se bez odlaganja identifikuju i procesuiraju osobe koje su im prijetile”, ističe Zeković.
Fana Delija je, dodaje događaj uredno prijavila policiji i izjavila da se ne osjeća bezbjedno ni ona ni njena porodica, kao i cjelokupna romska i egipćanska zajednica.
“Uprava policije me je danas obavijestila da su policijski službenici Centra bezbjednosti Nikšić izvršili uvid u snimke sa video nadzora instaliranog na kući Delija ali se pregledom nije moglo ustanoviti o kojim osobama se radi. Saopšteno je da se teško moglo uočiti o kojem je vozilu riječ, dok se registarske tablice uopšte nijesu vidjele. Ni video nadzor sa drugog privatnog objekta nije bio od koristi. Uprava policije je pojačala prisustvo policijskih službenika u naselju pod Trebjesom gdje se vrši kontrola lica i vozila, a takođe se u više navrata tokom dana vrši obilazak kako porodične kuće Delija tako i cjelokupnog naselja pod Trebjesom u kome je većinsko stanovništvo romske i egipćanske nacionalnosti”, ističe Zeković.
Pozdravlja odluku direktora Uprave policije da se unaprijede preventivne aktivnosti policije i obezbijedi sigurnost porodice Delija i svih stanovnika romskog i egipćanskog naselja.
“Očekujem da će Policije kroz pojačanu saradnju sa građanima i kroz unaprjeđenje operativnog rada doći do obavještajnih podataka koji će rasvijetliti slučaj”, zaključio je Zeković.
