ZLOUPOTRIJEBIO SLUŽBENI POLOŽAJ: Podnijeta krivična prijava protiv Carevića
Protiv predsjednika Skupštine TO Budva, podnijeta je krivična prijava, zbog zloupotrebe službenog položaja, jer nije sazvao sjednicu Skupštine TO Budva prethodne dvije i po godine i na taj način nanio štetu Turističkoj organizaciji – saopštila je Maje Liješević direktorica te turističke organizacije.
Ona ističe da je zakonska i statutarna obaveza i dužnost predsjednika Skupštine TOB-a koju po funkciji vrši predsjednik opštine da “minimum jednom godišnje sazove redovnu sjednicu Skupštine turističke organizacije”.
”Takav odnos predsjednika prema jednoj od najznačajnijih institucija u Budvi kulminirao je prije mjesec dana kada je kršenjem zakona i internih akata sazvao i održao nelegitimnu sjednicu, isključivši direktorku i stručnu službu TO Budva iz organizacije i samog prisustva na istoj. Nakon toga počeli su svakodnevni upadi neovlašćenih lica, obijanje prostorija i zamjena brava, iznošenje dokumentacije čak i pod okriljem noći, uz kulminaciju a to je obijanje sefa i otuđenje pečata i faksimila. Već danima kancelarije u kojoj se nalaze arhiv i kancelarija direktora drže se pod ključem i direktorici i zaposlenima nije omogućen pristup istim i time je u potpunosti blokiran rad. Takođe nije poznato gdje su odnešeni pečat Organizacije i faksimil direktora, uz osnovanu pretpostavku da dolazi do grube zloupotrebe istih” navela je Liješević.
Prema njenim riječima, obaveze prema zaposlenima i povjeriocima kasne, kao i sve druge programske aktivnosti iz, kako kaže, navedenih razloga “brutalnog onemogućavanja rada kroz aktivnosti sa elementima krivičnog djela i to od strane najbližih saradnika predsjednika opštine čiji je identitet već poznat javnosti i prijavljen nadležnim organima”.
”Još jednom pozivam nadležne institucije da promptno reaguju i odblokiraju rad TO Budva, jer iz dana u dan nastaje sve veća nenadoknadiva šteta po grad, privredu i TO Budva” zaključila je Liješević.
