WITH LOVE U Podgoricu ću se sigurno vratiti, tamo sada imam svoju dnevnu sobu
Kada sam stigao u Crnu Goru i glavni grad, Podgoricu, tražio sam prijatno i mirno mjesto da prespavam. Putovanja vas umore, željni ste doma, svog kreveta, svoje sofe, televizora, svoje šoljice za kafu. Treba vam neko mirno mjesto gdje ćete se osjećati kao kod kuće. I treba vam neko nasmijano i prijateljsko lice da vam donese kafu.
Prijatelji iz Engleske koji su već bili u Podgorici rekli su mi da obiđem Capital Plazu, tamo ću naći sve što mi treba, prijatnu atmosferu, a nedavno je otvoren i hotel.
Tražeći mjesto da prespavam, imao sam na umu mali, porodični hotel, sa domaćinima koji vam naprave kafu, želio sam da osjetim duh grada i upoznam lokalno stanovništvo. Veliki hoteli i svjetski brendovi me više ne privlače. Isti su u Parizu, Londonu, Njujorku… Sve sam već vidio. U njima borave svjetski putnici, biznismeni, moje kolege novinari…
Kada osam mjeseci godišnje provodite po hotelima, počnete da tražite nešto ušuškano i toplo, prijatne ljude koji vas podsjećaju na porodicu i prijatelje i prostore u kojima se osjećate kao kod kuće.
Ulaz u hotel mi se učinio previše “svjetski” i nisam previše očekivao. Međutim, bio sam nemalo iznenađen kada sam u lobiju hotela CentreVille ugledao nešto nalik na dnevnu sobu (kasnije su mi objasnili da je to novi brend, da je hotel u Podgorici prvi i da će taj koncept širiti po svijetu).
Prvo ću popiti kafu, da osmotrim, pa onda na recepciju. Lobi hotela CentreVille se i zove “The Living Room”. Prišla je nasmijana djevojka, skoro da je bila djevojčica, podsjetila me na moju ćerku, i pitala šta želim da popijem.
Sve ostalo je priča o ljudima. Ovdje su topli, srdačni, neposredni. Djevojka mi je objasnila da se ovdje okuplja i lokalno stanovništvo, i da posle samo mjesec dana od otvaranja, pstoji veliki problem – nemaju slobodnih mjesta.
Naravno da sam uzeo sobu. Sada je ovo za mene bio izazov. Želio sam da otkrijem kako su uspjeli da uvežu ponudu za poslovne ljude i stanovnike Podgorice i da naprave mjesto gdje se svi osjećaju kao kod kuće.
Već u “dnevnoj sobi” sam večerao, od svega pomalo, na njihovim “small plates”. Tražio sam crnogorska i engleska jela i sve je bilo tu, divno aranžirano, odličan spoj tradicionalnog i modernog.
U sobi, meni omiljen, minimalistički i elegantan stil.
Umjesto da prenoćim, ostao sam punih sedam dana, i odavde obilazio Crnu Goru, sjever i jug, sreo divne ljude i napisao divne priče. Ujutro su me ispraćali, a naveče dočekivali sa prijateljskom osmjehom, umornog ali zadovoljnog.
Upoznao sam divne mlade ljude koji ovdje rade. Dušica mi je kasnije objasnila da, kada su birali osoblje, imali su prije svega na umu, one koji će biti “enthusiastic”. Ako ne radite sa ljubavlju svoj posao, ni najprestižnije diplome ne znače mnogo.
I to je to. Sve je priča o ljudima.
Na molbu mojih mojih novih prijatelja iz “CentreVille”, napisao sam i ovu priču. U Crnu Goru ću se sigurno vratiti. U Podgorici sada imam svoju “dnevnu sobu”.
