ABAZOVIĆ: Kreće rekonstrukcija i izgradnja novog dijela hotela Mediteran, investicija veća od 15 miliona eura
Potpredsjednik Vlade Crne Gore dr Dritan Abazović razgovarao je danas sa Isom Bećovićem, izvršnim direktorom „Becovic Menagment Group“ i vlasnikom hotela Mediteran u Ulcinju.
Američki investitor porijeklom iz Ulcinja, Isa Bećović, upoznao je potpredsjednika Vlade Abazovića sa planiranom investicijom rekonstrukcije hotela Mediteran i izgradnjom novog dijela tog hotela u Ulcinju, vrijednom između 15 i 20 miliona eura. Boljević je naveo da mu je žao što do sada nije realizovana pomenuta investicija zbog određenih administrativnih problema. Američki investitor je potpredsjednika Vlade upoznao sa biznis planom hotela Mediteran i kazao da „Becovic Menagment Group“ ima ambiciju da hotel Mediteran dostigne 4+ standard.
„Svi investitori koji žele fer biznis u Crnoj Gori više su nego dobrodošli. Naša ambicija je da se u Crnoj Gori grade hoteli visoke kategorije i da se time unaprijedi ukupni imidž destinacije. Drago mi je da sam dobio garancije od gospodina Bećovića da će se kroz tri godine u Ulcinju realizovati investicija vrijedna više od 15 miliona eura, koja ranije nije mogla da se ostvari“, naveo je potpredsjednik Vlade Abazović.
Abazović je saopštio da će nakon određenih problema koji su u prethodnom periodu pratili investicije biti otklonjene smetnje i da je načelno dogovoreno da se sa rekonstrukcijom i izgradnjom novog dijela hotela Mediteran krene nakon završetka ljetnje turističke sezone.
