NELEGALNO UNIJET U CRNU GORU: Vlada donijela odluku o prodaji 28 kilograma poludragog kamena
Vlada je usvojila informaciju o postupku prodaje 28 kilograma poludragog kamena opala koji je oduzet 2012. godine u hotelu “Belvi” u Bečićima jer je nelegalno unijet u Crnu Goru, pišu Vijesti.
Opal je oduzet od Roberta Franjeka i Antonija Vernona Strelenskog, a kako je tada objavljeno ono je otkriveno jer su Franjeka i Strelenski policiji prijavili jedan od vlasnika Belvija Branka Ćupića da neće da im vrati kamenje deponovano u hotelskom sefu.
U postupku koji je uslijedio utvrđeno je da je opal unijet u Crnu Goru mimo carinskih propisa, Franjeka, Strelenski i Ćupić su novčano kažnjeni, a poludrago kamenje je oduzeto i skladišteno u sefu Centralne banke.
Imovina oduzeta usljed krivičnog djela postoje državna imovina, Uprava za imovinu i katastar je predložila da se angažuje ovlašćeni procjenitelj za drago kamenje gemolog da bi izvršio procjenu nakon čega bi pokrenuli proceduru njegove prodaje.
U sefu Centralne banke je 2014. godine, kako je navedeno u informaciji, izvršen pregled poludragog kamenja koje se nalazilo u jednoj velikoj torbi, rusaku i dva koferčića. Mjerenjem je utvrđeno da komadi opala imaju ukupnu težinu od 28 kilograma i 172 grama, a najveći kamen bio je težak 4,4 kilograma. Među ovom količinom nalazi se i 14 poluobrađenih figurica u obliku životinja ukupne težine nešto veće od jednog kilograma.
Uprava za imovinu je u protekla dva mjeseca kontaktirala više gemoloških instituta od kojih su dobili predlog da pokrenu proceduru angažovanja jednog od ovlašćenih procjenjivača koji bi došao u Crnu Goru i pregledao i ocijenio ovo poludrago kamenje.
