Cigarete nisu luksuz, pušenje je bolest zavisnosti, i ja sam, nažost bio ostavio cigarete, ali sam ponovo propušio. Ako povećate akcize i cijene, ja ću ići u Skadar po cigarete, kazao je danas poslanik Genci Nimanbegu, tokom rasprave o budžetu, reagujući na najavu povećanja akciza na duvanske proizvode.
Nimanbegu je pitao ministra finansija Milojka Spajića i zbog čega je Vlada ukinula finansiranje opštine Tuzi, obzirom da je obećana uplata od dva miliona a nije uplaćen ni euro.
“Mi kao manjine smo u specifičnoj situaciji, ne smijemo ni kritikovati ni hvaliti puno vlast. Ovim budžetom nisam zadovoljan prije svega zbog onoga što se tiče finansiranja projektata i programa koji se odnose na manjinska prava”, kazao je Nimanbegu.
