Stečajni upravnik prihvatio 17 miliona evra potraživanja radnika Montenegro Airlinesa
Stečajni upravnik Montenegro Airlinesa MA Saša Zejak osporio je državi 93,5 miliona evra potraživanja po osnovu date državne pomoći.
Osporeno je i potraživanja Aerodroma od 5,7 miliona evra, navodi se u obavještenju stečajnog upravnika koje je juče istaknuto na oglasnoj tabli Privrednog suda.
Osporene su zaloge na vozilima, kao i svi milionski iznosi prijavljeni po osnovu zakupa motora i aviona, među kojima je i potraživanje GECAS-a od 354.852 dolara, piše Pobjeda.
Nije prihvaćen ni njihov zahtjev da se motor vrati jer se on ne nalazi u stečajnoj masi MA.
Upravnik je prihvatio 17,2 miliona evra potraživanja bivših radnika MA, u šta su uključena 13,4 miliona za poreze i doprinose.
Osporeno je 3,8 miliona evra potraživanja zaposlenih.
Konačna lista potraživanja biće poznata nakon ispitnog ročišta zakazanog za 8. jun.
