U KAP-U DANAS IPAK RADNO: Pejović od radnika traži da potpišu dokument kojim se ograđuju od Sindikata
Iako je vlasnik podgoričkog Kombinata aluminijuma Veselin Pejović juče u Skupštini Crne Gore dramatično najavio da će danas otpustiti svih 600 zaposlenih, jer aktuelna vlast, kako je naveo, želi da uništi KAP, zaposleni su jutros na radnim mjestima.
Zaposlenima se, kako saznaje VOP, danas nudi da potpišu dokument kojim se ograđuju od stavova kolega i sindikalnih predstavnika koji su govorili juče na sjednici skupštinske Komisije za praćenje i kontrolu postupka privatizacije, i tvrdili da nemaju nikakva prava iz radnog odnosa, zahtijevajući pravo na godišnji odmor koji, kako su naveli, nisu imali već skoro osam godina.
Oko 50 zaposlenih jutros se na kratko okupilo ispred fabrike, kako bi spriječili “gašenje” fabrike.
Oni su se ubrzo razišli, dio na radna mjesta, a oni koji nisu u smjeni, svojim kućama.
“Do gašenja fabrike nije došlo i neće doći, to je izvjesno, ali se nastavlja tortura i pritisci na zaposlene. Oni su potrošna roba i rade bez ikakvih prava i bez prava na sindikalno organizvanje,”, kaže za VOP Sandra Obradović, predsjednika jednog od sindikata KAP-a.
Obradović kaže da su svi zaposleni lišeni godišnjih odmora posljednjih osam godina.
“Na radnike se vrši strašan pritisak. Veliki dio radnika je, prema mojim informacijama, odbio da potpiše to što im je jutros dostavljeno, da se ograde od naših izjava juče na sjednici Komisiji u Skupštini. Dio će vjerovatno potpisati, ali i za njih imam razumijevanje, jer nije lako ni zamisliti da ostanete bez posla, naročito u ovakvoj krizi”, kaže Obradović.

Ona je ponovila da radnicima nije plaćen beneficirani staž i da im je zabranjeno sindikalno djelovanje.
Pejović je juče demonstrativno napustio sjednicu Komisije, optuživši njenog predsjednika Maksima Vučinića da je još u “Pampers pelenama”. Vučinić je kazao da je on “tajkun DPS-a” i da se ponaša “kaubojski”.
“Kad se ovako ponaša u Skupštini, zamislite kako se ponaša prema zaposlenima”, kazao je Vučinić.
Obradović, koja je dobila otkaz iz KAP-a prije nekoliko godina zbog sindikalnog Djelovanja je za VOP rekla da je Ustavni sud presudio u njenu korist te da je predmet ponovo pred Privrednim sudom.
“Čak je Međunarodna organizacija rada dala mišljenje da imam pravo na sindikalno djelovanje iako je KAP u stečaju i to je dostavljeno bivšoj Vladi, ali bez reakcije, Nadam se da će nova Vlada imati više sluha za zaposlene”, kaže Obradović.
