Unaprijeđena Telekom ME aplikacija: Još veća kontrola – brzo, lako i digitalno

Crnogorski Telekom je lansirao unaprijeđenu verziju Telekom ME aplikacije koja korisnicima donosi još veću kontrolu i brojne mogućnosti – da sami uključe broj a račun plate naknadno, prijave smetnje u radu servisa i prate status prijave, pronađu detaljna uputstva za situacije koje mogu brzo i lako da riješe sami, da upute prigovor na račun, kao i da direktno komuniciraju sa agentima Telekoma kroz Live Chat. Korisnici koji još uvijek nemaju Telekom ME aplikaciju mogu je besplatno preuzeti na Google Play, App Store i Huawei AppGallery.
Osim unaprijeđene sekcije Pomoć i mogućnosti da samostalno uključe broj, značajno je unaprijeđen proces kupovine uređaja. Zbog toga su u Telekomu pripremili specijalna sniženja u online prodavnici u aplikaciji, pa se sa posebnim popustima mogu kupiti neki od najnovijih i najpopularnijih uređaja – Xiaomi Redmi 9T, Huawei P Smart 2021, Huawei Watch GT2.
Najveća novina u aplikaciji – mogućnost da se uključi broj isključen zbog duga a račun plati naknadno – funkcioniše tako što ukoliko korisnik zaboravi da plati račun i dođe do isključenja, aplikacija će to prepoznati i ponuditi opciju da ponovno aktivira broj, a račun je neophodno platiti u narednih 5 dana.
Ukoliko korisnici imaju nedoumice ili prigovore u vezi sa računom, kroz sekciju Podrška/Prijavi problem mogu da se detaljnije informišu o računu i dobiju odgovor na pitanje ili komentar.
Takođe, sekcija Podrška u Telekom ME aplikaciji sada korisnicima donosi mogućnost da pronađu još više detalja o servisima i uslugama, odgovore na najčešća pitanja i uputstva za brzo i jednostavno samostalno rješavanje problema, kao i praćenje statusa prijave smetnji u radu servisa.
Nova verzija aplikacije, ističu iz Telekoma, zadržava i sve funkcionalnosti na koje su korisnici Telekoma navikli i koje koriste kako bi na brz, lak i digitalan način upravljali servisima. Među njima su praćenje potrošnje minuta gigabajta i SMS-ova, upravljanje troškovima, pregled i plaćanje računa.
Korisnici takođe kroz Telekom ME aplikaciju mogu da dopune pripejd brojeve – dopune kroz aplikaciju vrijede duplo – ali i da aktiviraju dodatne servise i opcije, produže ugovor i za to dobiju posebne povoljnosti, u zavisnosti od servisa na koji se ugovor odnosi.
Iz Telekoma napominju da je aplikacija dostupna korisnicima svih mobilnih mreža kako bi mogli da na najjednostavniji način upravljalju Telekom fiksnim, TV i internet servisima koje koriste. Aplikacija je dostupna i na engleskom jeziku.
