Koprivica: Novim Tužilačkim savjetom spriječen je izbor osobe koja je progonila mitropolita Amfilohija
Poslanik Demokrata, Momo Koprivica, ocijenio je danas da čudi da oni koji su insistirali na ekspertskoj vladi ne insistiraju na nezavisnom Tužilačkom savjetu. On naglašava je izborom novog Tužilačkog savjeta obavljeno pola posla.
Prema njegovim riječima odlukom predsjednika Skupštine Crne Gore Alekse Bečića da proglasi novi Tužilački savjet spriječen je izbor osobe koja je progonila mitropolita Amfilohija. Koprivica je na današnjoj konferenciji za novinare saopštio da će pravna država djelovati kad bude očišćena od političkog i partijskog uticaja.
“Mi ćemo se u narednom periodu baviti time gdje su završile određene osobe iz policijskih struktura za koje smo čuli da su se bavili nedozvoljenim radnjama. Nova parlamentarna većina mora biti otporna i ne smije dozvoliti da bilo kakvi kriminalci dobiju pravnu zaštitu”, kazao je Koprivica.
Poručio je da nijedan član Tužilačkog savjeta ne smije biti “zlatni glas” u rukama partija, već mora biti “zlatni gas” u rukama naroda.
Koprivica smatra da je posljedica proglašenja novog Tužilačkog savjeta prestanak manipulacija da će se desiti to da Demokratska partija socijalista izabere tužioce po volji glavnog specijalno državnog tužioca Milivoja Katnića.
“Preigran je DPS i svi oni koji žele partijske tužioce. Najvažnije je obavljeno. Izbor nezavisnih članova Tužilačkog savjeta tek predstoji. Izborom Steva Muka smo pokazali da možemo lako doći do nezavisnih i nepristrasnih članova Tužilačkog savjeta. Zakonom je propisan prestanak mandata TS, a ne pojedinih članova”, istakao je.
Starom Tužilačkom savjetu je, podjseća Koprivica, po sili zakona prestao mandat i to u cjelosti.
