Odbor odobrio: Muk kandidat za Tužilačkog savjeta ispred NVO
Odbor za politički sistem, pravosuđe i upravu utvrdio je danas predlog da se za člana Tužilačkog savjeta (TS) iz reda NVO izabere civilni aktivista Stevo Muk. Za Muka je glasalo sedam poslanika, dok su tri bila protiv.
Druga kandidatkinja NVO, koju je predložio Centar za građansko obrazovanje (CGO), obavijestila je danas Odbor da je povukla kandidaturu.
Nakon što Odbor odredi kandidata iz NVO sektora, stvaraju se uslovi da se o njemu izjasni Skupština.
”Shodno članu 26c stav 3 Zakona o Državnom tužilaštvu, nadležno radno tijelo Skupštine dužno je da, u roku od 15 dana od dana isteka roka za podnošenje predloga za člana Tužilačkog savjeta iz reda uglednih pravnika – predstavnika nevladinih organizacija, utvrdi predlog kandidata i proslijedi Skupštini na dalju proceduru”, saopšteno je iz Skupštine.
Izmjenama Zakona o državnom tužilaštvu predviđeno je da TS ima 11 članova – po pet iz redova tužilaca i uglednih pravnika i NVO, te jednog predstavnika Ministarstva pravde. Pravnike i predstavnika Ministarstva pravde bira Skupština prostom većinom. Predstavnici iz reda tužilaca bi trebalo da budu izabrani na tužilačkoj konferenciji koja je zakazana za 3. avgust.
