U Budvi trenutno boravi oko 37 500 turista, hotelijeri i ugostitelji zadovoljni
U Budvi trenutno boravi oko 37 500 turista što je 79 odsto u odnosu na 2019.godinu – najnovoji su podaci turističke organizacije crnogorske prijestonice turizma.
Direktorica TO Budva Maja Liješević za agenciju Mediabiro kaže da u hotelima boravi oko 14 hiljada turista te da je to na nivou iz 2019. U privatnom smještaju boravi više od 23 hiljade turista i to je nivou 70 odsto u odnosu na 2019.
„Kada je struktura gostiju u pitanju u Budvi boravi najviše turista iz regiona, iz Srbije i BiH, zatim Ukrajine i Rusije. Kada su hoteli u pitanju, osim pomenutih tržišta tamo borave i gosti iz Kazahstana, Izraela, Francuske, Turske“, kazala je ona.
I narednom periodu uz stabilnu epidemiološku situaciju očekuju liberalnu politiku ulaska gostiju u našu zemlju.
„Nadamo se da će se nastaviti pozitivan trend dolaska turista u naš grad“, kazala je ona.
Najavila je da u planu imaju niz manifestacija koje će se organizovati u skladu sa svim epidemiološkim mjerama.
Hotelijeri su zadovoljni tokom sezone i nadaju se da će tako ostati do kraja.
PR menadžer Budvanske rivijere Jelena Kaluđerović kazala je Agenciji Mediabiro da ono što karakteriše ovu sezonu jesu last minute ponude koje doprinose da iz dana u dan imaju sve veći broj gostiju.
„Bićemo prezadovoljni ako se hotel bude popunjavao ovom dinamikom kojaje na zadovoljavajućem nivou. Naši hoteli su izašli sa jako dobrimponudama, to su cijene koje su do 15. jula bile niže i do 15 odsto u odnosu na 2019. a i u narednim periodu nastavićemo sa politikom nižihcijena iz 2019.“, naglasila je ona.
Što se tiče strukture gostiju, najviše ih je iz Srbije, zatim Ukrajinagdje su uložili dosta napora, gdje su otvorene linije i sve je torezultiralo dolaskom gostiju iz ove zemlje.
„Tu su i gosti iz BiH, Kazahstana, Poljske, Ukrajine, ponešto Rusa. Nedostaje nam rusko i zapadnoevropsko tržište“, poručila je ona.
Istakla je da i u periodu postsezone treba da budu oprezni i fleksibilni i da prate situaciju sa koronavirusom koja se pokazala nepredvidivom.
I menadžer hotela Avala Dušan Bećir, zadovoljan je brojem gostiju i popunjenošću kapaciteta hotela.
„Imamo zanimljive preliminarne statističke pokazatelje. Po broju noćenja, 2021. je za nekoliko procenata jača od 2019. Ono što je sa druge strane istina jeste da smo bili oprezni u formiranju cijena, i u tom smislu je ukupan prihod smanjen. Nadamo se da će ovo biti jako uspješna sezona“, kaže Bećir.
Naglašava da su izostali turisti iz Zapadne Evrope ali da je u porastu broj turista iz Ukrajine. Osim toga, dominantni turisti su iz Srbije i Izraela.
I ugostitelji bilježe dobre rezultate.
Vlasnik firme Veluza Luka Vučković u sklopu kojeg posluje ugostiteljski objekat Mocart kazao je da je posao iznad svih očekivanja.
„Sada smo na nekih 45 odsto prometa u odnosu na 2019. godinu što je za nas izvanredan rezultat. Gosti su pretežno iz okruženja, ima nešto i Ukrajinaca i Rusa. Pristupačne su cijene i u hotelima i u restoranima.
Nadamo se da će epidemiološka situacija biti dobra da bi spremnodočekali i postsezonu“, kazao je on.
Vučković ističe da u kafiću poštuju sve epidemiološke mjere, nastolovima su dezinfekciona sredstva, osoblje nosi maske i svi su vakcinisani.
U Budvi ima dosta turista ugostelji su zadovoljni a ne pitaju kako je turistima da li su oni zadovoljni njihovom uslugom i smestajem i kolika je cena nocenja. Da li su sigurni i da li im je ugrozeno zdravlje dok borave u restoranima i kaficima gde su guzve, od raznih infekcija . Tu bi dobro dosli Ruski preciscivaci vazduha koji ciste i dezinfikuju vazduh u zatvorenom prostoru,, unistavaju sve cestice, mikrobe, alergene i viruse u vazduhu.
