ŽELJKO MITROVIĆ: Đilas je seka persa i lažov; Ništa drugo i ne dokazujem na sudu
Suđenje između Željka Mitrovića i Dragana Đilasa, a po Mitrovićevoj privatnoj tužbi, počelo je danas u Beogradu. Željko Mitrović tužio je Dragana Đilasa zbog izrečenih tvrdnji da „Pink“ i sam Željko Mitrović “ima dug prema državi od 25.000.000 eura”, kao i “da je država oprostila” taj dug za porez. Ove tvrdnje, Dragan Đilas izneo je na konferenciji za štampu 25. septembra 2019. godine, a Željko Mitrović odlučio je da pokrene tužbu zbog ovih “gnusnih laži” koje predstavljaju pokušaj diskreditacije TV Pink, ali i njega samog kao vlasnika ove kompanije.
Suđenje je počelo, a medijima se obratio i Mitrović koji je objasnio zbog čega je odlučio da podnese tužbu protiv Dragana Đilasa.
“Znači sve nekakve laži i izmišljotine koje su za cilj imale našu diskreditaciju, tako da nisam to htio da pustim, tužio sam ga i evo sad je konačno pritjeran uza zid da objasni koji mi to porez dugujemo i šta to mi dugujemo i da li nam je ikada za ovih 25 godina država bilo šta oprostila, što naravno nije. Sada će biti u prilici da u narednim suđenjima to objasni i da kaže na šta je tačno mislio. Donijeli smo brdo papirologije i dokaza o svim isplaćenim obavezama. Vrlo je čudno što se u toj situaciji on pretvorio u nekakvu “seka persu” koja svoju odbranu bazira na nekakvoj evropskoj praksi koja kaže da političari smiju da lažu. To jeste moja teza, da je Đilas jedan lažov, ne govori istinu, ništa drugo i ne dokazujemo u ovom procesu, što on i djelimično potvrđuje tom evropskom praksom koja dozvoljava političarima da ne govore istinu, što mislim da je sumanuto.”, rekao je Željko Mitrović za Pink.
Suđenje će se nastaviti na narednim ročištima, a konačnu odluku u ovom procesu donijeće nadležni organi.
