“ZOVITE SERGEJA! BAŠ JE OSVJEŽILO!”: Ispred “limenke” na 40 stepeni, bebe, stari, bolesni, unutra PRAZNO a vrata zaključana (FOTO)

“Zovite Sergeja!”, “Baš je dobro osvježilo”, “Pustite nas unutra, ne ubijajte nas ovdje, ionako smo ubijeni”… samo su neki od komentara građana koji su čekali juče oko 15 časova ispred zaključanih vrata velike šalterske sale podgoričke filijale Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova, na temperaturi od 40 stepeni, pod direktnim suncem.
Među njima je bilo male djece, beba, starih, bolesnih..
Mučnom prizoru ispred šalterske sale prisustvovao je čitalac reporter VOP-a, ali je, kako kaže, pravi šok doživio, kada je nakon polusatnog čekanja pa najjačem suncu, službenik otključao vrata.
“Ušao sam i nisam mogao da vjerujem. Sala je bila gotovo prazna. Dok su bebe vrištale pod onim suncem, a starci jaukali, unutra je moglo biti još najmanje 50 ljudi a da ne bude gužva i da budu ispoštovane sve epidemiološke mjere. Sve stolice su bile slobodne, klime rade, dok su vani, ispred zaključanih vrata ljudi padali u nesvijest na nesnosnoj vrućini”, kaže naš sagovornik J.M.
Kako dodaje, kada je grupa u kojoj je on bio ušla, vrata su opet zaključana, a ispred se počela formirati nova grupa građana.
“I među njima je bilo beba i male djece, a unutra je bilo više nego dovoljno mjesta za sve. Oni koji završe posao izlaze, na druga vrata i uopšte se ne pravi gužva: Jedna gospođa koja je čekala u mojoj grupi, kada je vidjela da opet bebe čekaju na suncu ispred, a da je sala prazna, prišla službenici koja drži ključeve i pitala je zbog čega ne pusti ljude unutra, da su na užasnoj vrućini i bebe, a ova joj je osorno odgovorila da je “otključala prije pet minuta”, ispričao je Podgoričanin.
On naglašava da građani moraju razumjeti da je ta šalterska sala napravljena od njihovog novca i za njihove potrebe, a ne za potrebe šalterskih službenika koji su često neljubazni i osorni u komunikaciji sa građanima.
“Nažalost, u Crnoj Gori se još uvijek državni službenici ponašaju kao da su građani tu zbog njih a ne obratno. Sve dok građani ne dignu glas i ne osvijeste da su oni ti koji plaćaju te službenike, i da cio državni aparat postoji da bi bio u službi građana, nećemo ići naprijed. Ove tužne slike ispred šalterske sale MUP-a samo su posljedica nepostojanja građanske svijesti s jedne strane, i bahatog odnosa institucija s druge strane”, zaključuje naš sagovornik.
