BOJANIĆ: Termoelektrana neće biti UGAŠENA
Termoelektrana TE Pljevlja neće biti ugašena, a zbog konflikta interesa i propusta u poslovanju, Odbor direktora Elektroprivrede EPCG biće smijenjen, saopštio je ministar kapitalnih investicija Mladen Bojanić.
On je ranije kazao da vlasti vode pregovore za dobijanje novog roka za gašenje TE Pljevlja, koja je već potrošila 20.000 radnih sati koji su joj odobreni do 2023. godine prema regulativi Energetske zajednice.
“Da relaksiram građane, da kažem će se ugasiti – neće, to je već neka mala šansa, jer ćemo mi nešto uraditi po tom pitanju, ići ćemo u pregovore. Ja sam to više rekao da znaju ljudi o čemu se radi, male su šanse da toga dođe, jer ćemo naći neki kompromis i dogovor”, kazao je Bojanić Televiziji Crne Gore.
Vlada Crne Gore je zakazala sjednicu Skupštine akcionara EPCG za 25. februar, a Odbor direktora Elektroprivrede je saopštio je takva odluka u suprotnosti sa odredbama člana 135 i 152 Zakona o privrednim društvima. Bojanić kaže da ga je sredinom decembra dočekalo rješenje Agencije za sprečavanje korupucije u kojem je, kako navodi, precizno napisano da je predsjednik Odbora direktora Đoko Krivokapić tri godine u konfliktu interesa.
“Da je on pune tri godine svjesno u konfliktu interesa i da je u tom trogodišnjem periodu istovremeno predsjednik Odbora direktora EPCG i predsjednik Odbora direktora Prve banke. Da ne bi sada išli samo na smjenu Krivokapića, po rješenju ASK-a, pa onda za ostale članove Odbora direktora, odlučili smo se da idemo na kompletnu smjenu svih članova Odbora direktora i naravno naišli smo na njihovo odbijanje postupanja po zahtjevu 99 odsto vlasnika”, kazao je Bojanić.
Kineska Eksim banka neće aktivirati državnu garanciju Vlade Crne Gore na skoro 60 miliona eura, već samo onaj dio koji je dospio na naplatu, a to je gotovo pet miliona, kazao je Bojanić govoreći o vraćanju kredita za brodove Crnogorske plovidbe i Barske plovidbe.
“Dobili smo jednu povoljnu vijest iz tih razgovora, oni neće ići na naplatu kompletnog iznosa garancija, na svih 60-ak miliona, tako da će povući samo onaj dio koji je dospio”, pojasnio je Bojanić i dodao da je se godinama unazad davala nezakonita državna pomoć, te da se Agencija za zaštitu konkurencije, kako je naveo, nije mnogo trudila da radi svoj posao.
