Do sada nije zabilježen nijedan smrtni ishod nakon primanja vakcine protiv virusa korona Sputnjik V, izjavio je direktor ruskog Naučnog centra “Gamaleja” Aleksandar Gincburg.
“Oni koji su vakcinisani garantovano neće morati da budu hospitalizovani i virus im se neće spustiti u pluća. Odnosno, nakon dolaženja u dodir sa ovom bolešću kod vakcinisanih Sputnjikom V, na vrlo velikom broju ispitanika nisu zabilježeni teški slučajevi, a da ne govorimo o smrtnim slučajevima. Svi vakcinisani su zaštićeni”, naglasio je Gincburg tokom onlajn brifinga.
On je naglasio da su nezavisni eksperti iz nekoliko zemalja primijetili da nije bilo ozbiljnih neželjenih efekata nakon vakcinacije Sputnjikom V.
Gincburg je naveo da je u Argentini izvršen “veliki nadzor vakcine” i tamo je više od 300.000 dobrovoljaca vakcinisano Sputnjikom V.
Prema izvještaju lokalnog Ministarstva zdravlja, kod vakcinisanih nisu primijećeni neželjeni efekti, prenio je “Sputnjik”.
Gincburg je dodao da se nakon vakcinacije mogu javiti samo one nuspojave koje su navedene u uputstvima za preparat: povišena temperatura do 38 stepeni, glavobolja, bolovi u mišićima, te crvenilo na mjestu uboda.
On je naveo i da je do sada proizvedeno više od deset miliona doza vakcine protiv virusa korona Sputnjik V.
Gincburg je objasnio da sve partije vakcine prolaze kontrolu u Centru “Gamaleja” prema 18 parametara i kvalitet svih preparata je isti.
On je precizirao da se prva i druga komponenta vakcine Sputnjik V mogu dobiti u različitim zemljama.
Gincburg je objasnio da razmak između vakcinacije prvom i drugom komponentom može da se poveća na 60 dana i naglasio da to neće uticati na efikasnost vakcine.
“Vakcina Sputnjik V formira imunitet koji omogućava da se prilikom ponovnog susreta sa virusom aktiviraju antitijela u roku od dva do tri dana”, dodao je on.
Prema njegovim riječima, vakcinacija prvom komponentom vakcine Sputnjik V može poboljšati imunitet onima koji su preležali virus korona, dok druga komponenta možda neće pružiti dodatnu zaštitu.
Direktor Centra “Gamaleja” rekao je i da Sputnjik V štiti od britanskog soja kovida 19, a da su u toku istraživanja o zaštiti od drugih sojeva.
Gincburg je potvrdio da je planirano da se u Italiji do maja proizvodi 10 miliona doza vakcina Sputnjik V mjesečno.
On je dodao da su u početnoj fazi pregovori o mogućnosti puštanja ovog preparata i u drugim zemljama EU, uključujući Njemačku i Francusku.
Vakcina Sputnjik V koju proizvodi Naučno-istraživački institut “Gamaleja” u saradnji sa Ruskim fondom za direktne investicije dobila je 11. avgusta potvrdu o registraciji od Ministarstva zdravlja Rusije, postavši tako prva registrovana vakcina protiv virusa korona na svijetu.
Vakcina je napravljena na provjerenoj i dobro izučenoj platformi humanih adenovirusnih vektora, a njena efikasnost je iznad 90 odsto.
