“Dopunski rad nastavnika državu bi mogao da košta više miliona eura”
Do kraja sedmice biće poznat ishod zahtjeva Gradskog odbora Sindikata prosvjete pred Agencijom za mirno rješavanje radnih sporova, a koji se odnosi na isplatu novca nastavnicima za časove preko norme tokom korona školske godine. Prema riječima predsjednika podgoričkog Odbora Sindikata prosvjete Slobodana Savovića, u pitanju je višemilionski iznos. On je Dnevnim novinama kazao da će u slučaju negativnog odgovora Vlade pravdu potražiti na sudu.
Sada je, kako je rekao, loptica na polovini terena crnogorske Vlade.
“Mi ćemo do kraja sprovesti proceduru zaštite zakonitog obračuna zarada, u dijelu dodatnih časova preko zakonom utvrđene norme. Imamo kolege koje drže i po 10-ak časova preko norme i to neko treba da plati. Mi od toga odustati nećemo. Sa Ministarstvom smo imali sistem toplo hladno, i na kraju smo, da ne bismo bili u zaostatku i da bismo bili odgovorni prema sebi i kolegama, išli zakonitim putem”, kazao je Savović.
Dodaje da je, ukoliko odgovor Agencije bude negativan, sljedeća adresa sud kako bi obeštetili sve kolege.
“I dalje ima vremena da se dogovorimo, ali bojim se da je ovaj put loptica na polovini terena Vlade”, poručuje.
Na pitanje o kojem iznosu je riječ, Savović odgovara da su njihove procjene da je u pitanju suma do više miliona eura.
“Zakonski se nama plaća do četiri časa preko norme. Međutim, ljudi su bili i sa sešt, sedam, čak i do 10 časova. Sve zavisi koliko im je i da li im je plaćeno u okviru norme tih časova, ali sigurno je da govorimo o sumama od više miliona eura”, precizirao je Savović.
Kazao je i da je podgorički Odbor Sindikata prosvjete u stalnom kontaktu sa resornim ministarstvom oko pripreme naredne školske godine.
“Pokušavamo da nametnemo Vladi da što prije krene u proces pripreme nove školske godine, jer se bojim da pomalo i kasnimo. Naime, moraju se što prije obezbijediti uslovi za regularan početak školske godine. To tražimo jer ova godina nije bila regulama u smislu zakona -nijesmo imali regulisane norme, onlajn nastavu, nastavne planove… Zapravo, mi pokušavamo da sve to regulišemo do septembra da bismo znali kako da držimo nastavu”, pojasnio je Savović.
Stoga je, poručuje, jedan od njihovih predloga i da Zavod za školstvo napravi istraživanje o izazovima i poteškoćama onlajn nastave, kako bi učenici i nastavnici pojasnili šta je bilo dobro, a šta ne, i čime bi se konkretno u tom smislu trebalo pozabaviti.
