DPS: Prepisivanjem parcela u Valdanosu na SPC klerikalna vlast kršeći propise ispunjava želje nadređenima
Nakon jučerašnje odluke Uprave za katastar i državnu imovinu, koju potpisuje njen direktor Koča Đurišić, a kojom se vlasništvo na parcelama u uvali Valdanos prepisuje sa države Crne Gore na Srpsku pravoslavnu crkvu, jasno da je čitava navodna borba Vlade Crne Gore za vraćanje maslinjaka vlasnicima bila usmjerena upravo na ovakav epilog, ocijenili su iz Demokratske partije socijalista.
Stoga je, kako su kazali, i Zakon o otklanjanju posljedica oduzimanja imovine u uvali Valdanos bio jedan od prvih koraka koje je vladajuća većina u Skupštini sprovela.
„Kompletno njihovo navodno zalaganje za „pravdu“ je imalo za cilj samo da otvori put kleronacionalističkim snagama u vlasti da do kraja mandata ove Vlade SPC postane „većinski vlasnik“ države Crne Gore. Svaki korak koji je aktuelna Vlada napravila za proteklih godinu dana vodi ka tome i odluke državnih organa to potvđuju.
Nije aktuelnoj vlasti ni do maslina ni do Ulcinja i Ulcinjana, već do toga da do kraja obave zadatak zbog kojeg su formirani pod Ostrogom. Paralelno sa ovim besprizornim odlukama, Vlada je potpuno zaustavila evropski put Crne Gore i to je još jedan dokaz da u praksi rade sve suprotno od onoga što crnogorskim građanima svakodnevno saopštavaju u svojim populističkim izjavama“, poručili su iz ove partije.
Oni ističu da će Vlada prekršiti Ustav i postati direktni i otvoreni saučesnik SPC u otimanju državne imovine ukoliko zakonski i institucionalno ne reaguje na ovakvo djelovanje Uprave za katastar i državnu imovinu, kojom se državi Crnoj Gori i njenim građanima oduzima vrijedna imovina u uvali Valdanos.
„Nakon ovoga, svako dalje potenciranje priče o poštovanju zakona i vladavini prava predstavlja krajnje licemjerje saradnika Srpske pravoslavne crkve u vrhu crnogorske vlasti“, zaključili su iz DPS-a.
