EPCG: Prevesti brojila koja se vode na preminule, ili isključenje
Elektroprivreda Crne Gore (EPCG) apelovala je na korisnike brojila, čije se vlasništvo vodi na preminula lica, da u narednih 10 dana podnesu zahtjev za promjenu imena-naziva kupca i zaključe Ugovor o snabdijevanju. U suprotnom će biti isključeni sa mreže.
Ta obaveza, kako su pojasnili, propisana je članom 206 Zakona o enegetici i članom 23 Opštih uslova za snabdijevanje električnom energijom, kojim je definisano da su nasljednici dužni da u roku od 90 dana od dana smrti fizičkog lica obavijeste pisanim putem snabdjevača i podnesu zahtjev za promjenu imena-naziva kupca električne energije.
Iz EPCG su saopštili kako su informisani da se određeni broj brojila i dalje vodi na preminula lica, a što nije u skladu sa navedenim zakonskim uslovima.
“Upozoravaju se korisnici električne energije da će, ukoliko ne podnesu Zahtjev za promjenu imena-naziva kupca i ne zaključe Ugovora o snabdijevanju u naznačenom roku, Elektroprivreda pristupiti isključenju mjernih mjesta”, saopšteno je iz EPCG.
Spisak navedenih kupaca objavljen je na internet stranici kompanije www.epcg.com, portalu elektronske uprave i na oglasnim tablama lokalnih jedinca Snabdijevanja u gradovima gdje su registrovani vlasnici brojila.
