MEDOJEVIĆ TVRDI: Obveznice nijesu izdate po zakonu
Lider Pokreta za promjene Nebojša Medojević saopštio je da će njegova stranka tražiti hitno zasjedanje Skupštine zbog, kako je naveo, kriminalnog ponašanja premijera Zdravka Krivokapića i ministra finansija Milojka Spajića.
Medojević je, kako prenosi portal Pobjede, saopštio da svaki tajni posao države sa novcem predstavlja korupciju i ocijenio da je prekršeno više zakona.
“Direktnom pogodbom država se zadužila 750 miliona eura. Transakciju su radili poznanici i prijatelji privatnog lica koje nije ovlašćeno da pregovara jer on 23. novembra je bio obični građanin. Ko je odlučio da je kamata tržišna i najbolja za Crnu Goru. Da li je neko od pregovarača uzeo proviziju. Obveznice nijesu izdate po zakonu”, naveo je Medojević.
On je saopštio i da nije objavljen javni poziv za upis i uplatu obveznica, da nije emitovan prospekt, da vlada nije donijela odluku i da Skupština nije razmatrala i odobrila zaduženje.
Prema riječima lidera PzP-a, država ne može da se zadužuje tajno i to predstavlja teško krivično djelo sa ozbiljnim indicijama na korupciju,
On je pitao zašto je isključena javnost i konkurencija i ocijenio da neposredna pogodba i privatno plasiranje obveznica otvara pitanja motiva i interesa, provizija i korupcije.
