MILATOVIĆ: Crna Gora je krenula putem demokratije

Ministar ekonomskog razvoja, Jakov Milatović govorio je na panelu “Vrijeme promjena: Evropa na raskrsnici” u okviru tridesetog Ekonomskog foruma u Poljskoj.

On je govoreći o važnosti institucija istakao da je prošle godine Crna Gora na svojoj raskrsnici krenula putem demokratije i okrenula leđa tridesetogodišnjem jednovlašću, koje je do tada u post-komunističkoj Evropi postojalo samo u Crnoj Gori. Istakao je da nova Vlada neće dozvoliti strukturama iz prošlosti da vrate Crnu Goru u devedesete zarad očuvanja svojih finansijskih interesa. Vlada Crne Gore u potpunosti je posvećena EU integracijama, kako bi što pre postala dio EU porodice, a građani Crne Gore bolji životni standard. Tom prilikom osvrnuo se na pomoć EU u nabavci vakcina i pravovremenoj reakciji naše države kako bi se građani u što kraćem roku imunizovali i stvorili ambijent u kom idemo ka ekonomskom oporavku države.

“Pojedinačne reakcije država članica Evropske unije su bile brže, ali smatram da se Evropska unija kao neka vrsta kolektivnog tijela konsolidovala prilično brzo. Svi potezi nakon te konsolidacije bili su adekvatni od čega je i Crna Gora imala koristi, tako što je kao jedna od zemalja van Evropske unije kroz njenu podršku dobila vakcine. Pored toga, mi smo prihvatili i vakcine ostalih zemalja u svijetu. Uspjeli smo da ih dobijemo od Rusije, Kine, SAD-a i Evropske unije tako da su građani mogli da biraju. U to vrijeme, imati vakcinu bilo je isto kao da imate dijamante i niko se nije pitao da li dolaze iz Rusije, Kine ili SAD-a već je najvažnije bilo da vakcinišemo što više ljudi kako bismo stekli kolektivni imunitet”, kazao je Milatović.

“Želio bih da se osvrnem na ulogu države. Logično je da se njena uloga uvećava iz razloga što država mora obezbijediti vakcine svojim građanima, sačuva njihovo zdravlje, ali i pomogne ljude koji su usljed krize izgubili posao. Prirodno je da je tokom vremena krize uloga države postala mnogo vidljivija. Međutim, smatram da tu ulogu uglavnom preispituju u Centralnoj i Istočnoj Evropi. Na primjer, niko neće preispitivati da li Velika Britanija sada ima veću ulogu države. Ono što je na kraju navažnije je transparentna, efikasna i nekoruptivna reakcija. Smatram da je to ono što je zaista važno. Upravo zato su nam potrebne stabilne, demokratske institucije, uspostavljena kontrola i balans moći odlučivanja. To je polazna tačka za napredak. To je ono što i ljudi žele, pogotovo u izazovnim vremena kakva su ova u kojima živimo trenutno. Jake i stabilne demokratske institucije, sa nultom korupcijom koje rade u interesu građana i uživaju njihovo povjerenje su ključne na putu razvoja države u svakom smislu, bez njih nema ni ekonomskog razvoja”, zaključio je Milatović.
