MILATOVIĆ: Za skoro hiljadu radnika po 12.000 eura
Ministar ekonomskog razvoja Jakov Milatović rekao za Dnevnik TVCG da mu je žao što u prethodnom periodu na javnim funkcijama nije bilo više onih koji su se bavili privredom i radnicima, a manje onih koji su otvarali trastove na ofšor destinacijama i bavili se unpređenjima svojih tajkunskih firmi, koje su imale monopole. Da je bilo više odgovornih ljudi na funkcijama, smatra Milatović, onda bi situacija u Crnoj Gori bila bitno drugačija.
“Tada bi struktura naše privrede bila drugačija i ne bi imali ovakve scene kakve sada gledamo. Vlada je u tom smislu zatekla devastirano stanje. Težak je posao pred nama, međutim, zasukali smo rukave i uradili puno stvari. Najvažnija je što smo oporavili javne finansije i vratili ekonomsku aktivnost u našu ekonomiju. Nakon pada od nekih 15 odsto prošle godine, imaćemo sada snažan opravak u iznosu od 12 do 14 odsto. Ekonomski rast je najbolji garant otvaranja novih radnih mjesta, što najviše interesuje naše građane. Međutim, i pred toga, posvetili smo pažnju ispravljanju nepravdi”, istakao je Milatović.
Ministar kaže da imaju nacrt zakona koji se odnosi na finansijsku podršku, prije svega u rudarsko-metalurškom sektoru, i koji je trenutno u fazi jave rasprave.
“Trebalo bi da na Vladi bude usvojen krajem ovog ili početkom narednog mjeseca. Za skoro 1.000 radnika koji su bili žrtve pogubne tranzicije u Crnoj Gori nadoknadićemo štetu i isplatiti 12.00 eura u naredne dvije godine. To će biti predloženo i u zakonu o budžetu za narednu godinu. Isplatićemo tih 12.000 eura u četiri tranše, dakle, u dvije naredne godine. To je samo mali detalj gdje se vidi da ova Vlada želi da društvu vrati socijalnu pravdu koja je, nažalost, pogubnom tranzicijom u ranijem periodu bila izgubljena”. kazao je Milatović.
On je podsjetio da je Vlada pokrenula a ministar finansija Milojko Spajić i on obrazložili, ambicioznu poresku reformu koju su nazvali ,,Evropa sad”. Po tom predlogu, kako je naveo. minimalne zarade sa trenutnih 252 eura porašće na preko 450 eura. Ministar smatra da će to i podići životni standard u Crnoj Gori, a posljedično, doći će do povećanja penzija i ostalih socijanih naknada.
“Svaki građanin će osjetiti benefite predloženih reformi a i poslodavci će imati mogućnost da uživaju određene benefite kroz rasterećenje doprinosa za rad. Imamo Vladu koja brine, zaista, o svim građanima i socijalnoj pravdi i radi na rješavanju problema”, tvrdi Milatović.
On je najavio donošenje zakona kojim će se stvoriti uslovi za licenciranje stečajnih upravnika u Crnoj Gori, imajući u vidu ranija loša iskustva kada je stečajni postupak u pitanju.
“Stečajni upravnik biće biran ubuduće metodom slučajnog izbora, a ne kao ranije, da neki upravnici vode skoro sve stečajne postupke u Crnoj Gori i time nanose štetu privredi. Uvodimo i novi registar stečajne mase, da bi precizno znali dinamiku stečajnih postupaka”, kazao je Milatović.
Osvrćući se na KAP, on je rekao da je stečajni postupak završen, štoi znači da su od sadašnjeg vlasnika ispunjene određene obaveze.
Milatović je podsjetio da je nedavno zvanično posjetio Tursku, a da je jedan od razloga za tu posjetu i razgovore sa turskim zvaničnicima bila nikšićka Željezara, koja je u vlasnišvu turske kompanije.
“Vladu je i tu dočekalo jalo loše stanje. Ove godine je bila zaustavljena proizvodnja, radnici su na plaćenom odsustvu, i primaju 90 odsto od plate. Iz razgovora u Turskoj mogu se izvesti tri zaključka. Sadašnji vlasnici su od prošle godine počeli sa prodajom Željezere u Nikšiću, jer se ne uklapa u njihov portfolio” naveo je Milatović, uz napomenu da su im se neki potencijalni kupci već javili.
Druga informacija je, kako je rekao, to što će u toku pregovora sa mogućim kupcima radnici nastaviti da primaju ovo što trenutno imaju, pa tako mogu biti relaksirani što se mjesečnih prihoda tiče.
“I kao treće, Vlada će nastaviti da u kontinuitetu prati šta se dešava u Željezari. Iskoristio sam sastanke sa ministrima u turskoj Vladi da ih informišem o stanju u Željezari i očekivanjima kada su turski investitori u pitanju. Umjereni sam optimista kada je u pitanju Željezara u Nikšiću”, zaključuje Milatović.
