MLADIĆ PRED SUDOM: DVA puta SILOVAO maloljetnu sestru

Viši sud u Podgorici potvrdio je optužnicu koju potpisuje tužilac u VDT-u Podgorica, Zoran Vučinić, podignutu protiv Đ.O. zbog krivičnog djela silovanje kao i zbog silovanja u pokušaju.

Kako je predstavljeno optužnicom, Đ.O. je dva puta silovao svoju sestru 2016. i 2017. godine.

“Neutvrđenog dana tokom zimskih mjeseci krajem 2016. godine, oko 10.00 časova u P., upotrebom sile nad oštećenom tada maloljetnom rođenom sestrom, istu prinudio na obljubu, na način što je najprije oštećenu, nakon što se vratila kući od svog tadašnjeg momka sa proslave godišnjice emotivne veze i za vrijeme dok je ležala na krevetu u spavaćoj sobi, ispitivao da li je imala seksualne odnose sa tadašnjim momkom, pa joj je, nakon što mu je oštećena odgovorila da nije i uspravila se u sjedeći položaj na krevetu, prišao i rekao: ‘Sad ćemo da vidimo’, zadajući joj jedan udarac stisnutom pesnicom u predjelu desnog oka, a zatim je oborio na krevet u ležeći položaj i jednu ruku stavio preko usta kako ne bi mogla vrištati i kako ih susjedi ne bi čuli, dok joj je drugom rukom i koljenom svoje noge raširio noge i nastavio da joj zadaje udarce stisnutim pesnicama u predjelu glave i tijela, koje mu je oštećena braneći se uzvraćala”, stoji u optužnici i dodaje se da je započeo prisilan polni odnos sa oštećenom.

Naredne godine, tokom ljeta, navodi se u optužnici, okrivljeni je upotrebom sile nad tada maloljetnom rođenom sestrom istu prinudio na obljubu.
Takođe, kako je predstavljeno optužnicom, okrivljeni je početkom 2018. pokušao da je prinudi na obljubu.
“Na način što je oštećenu pozvao telefonom u stan gdje je živio kao podstanar sa tadašnjom djevojkom, govoreći joj da se u kući nalazi sa djevojkom i da dođe da zajedno popiju kafu, što je oštećena vjerujući mu i prihvatila, ali da po dolasku u stan nije zatekla djevojku okrivljenog i tom prilikom sa njim razgovarala i popila kafu, nakon čega je okrivljeni u jednom trenutku ugasio svijetlo dnevne sobe i krenuo prema njoj, zadajući joj više udaraca stisnutim pesnicama u predjelu rebara i grudnog koša, koje mu je udarce oštećena braneći se uzvraćala, i pokušao da sa oštećene skine trenerku, ali usljed udaraca koje mu je oštećena braneći se uzvraćala u tome nije uspio, nakon čega je sjeo na stolicu dnevne sobe hvatajući se rukama za glavu i pritom oštećenoj rekao: ‘Evo ti pare na stolu, uzmi taksi i idi kući’ pri čemu je okrivljeni bio svjestan svog djela i htio njegovo izvršenje”, navodi se u optužnici.
