NASTAVAK SUĐENJA ZA ŠVERC DROGE: Đurašević tvrdi da nikoga ne poznaje
Svjedok Toma P. Đurašević iz Tuzi, saopštio je prekjuče u podgoričkom Višem sudu da ne poznaje nikoga od optuženih za međunarodni šverc droge.
To je rekao u nastavku suđenja optuženoj grupi, na čijem je čelu navodno bio Duško Martinović.
Predsjednica specijalnog vijeća, sutkinja Vesna Pean konstatovala je da taj svjedok nije svjedočio u tužilačkoj istrazi jer je njegov brat Maljota Đurašević bio osumnjičen.
“Baš ništa ne znam o bilo čemu. Ne poznajem nikoga od optuženih i ne znam ništa o bilo čemu”, rekao je Đurašević.
Duško Martinović ranije je kazao da prihvata krivicu i rekao da niko osim njega nije kriv, jer ne postoji kriminalna organizacija.
U optužnici piše da je Duško Martinović sa Momčilom Vujačićem dogovorio nabavku kilogram i po heroina i kilogram supstance za miješanje sa drogom…
Navodi se da je Duško zatim angažovao Dejana Jablana da od njega kupi kilogram heroina, što je Jablan ugovorio preko Željka Vujovića sa Zlatkom Romanovićem.
“Vujović je tražio od Romanovića da mu nabavi kilogram heroina za 10.000 eura, dok je kilogram smješe Maljota Đurašević predao Dušku M. u blizini lokala “San Francisko” u Podgorici. Početkom juna 2015. Duško Martinović je sa Momčilom Vujačićem ugovorio kupovinu kilograma kokaina i prenos u Hrvatsku, koji je u Crnu Goru poslao Franja Katavića i Stjepana Krezića”, navodi se u optužnici.
Suđenje se nastavlja 27. marta saslušanjem svjedoka saradnika Marije Milovanović i Namika Selmanovića.
