“Ne osje­ćam se kri­vim za ovo što se de­si­lo”: Vozio 100km/h i usmrtio djevojku

Dva­de­set­če­tvo­ro­go­di­šnji Pa­vle Pe­jić pri­znao je ju­če u pod­go­rič­kom Vi­šem su­du da je nje­go­vom kri­vi­com do­šlo do sa­o­bra­ćaj­ne ne­sre­će u ko­joj je po­gi­nu­la de­vet­na­e­sto­go­di­šnja stu­dent­ki­nja Ma­ša To­mo­vić. Osim Pe­ji­ća, na op­tu­že­nič­koj klu­pi je i Men­sur Nu­ho­džić, ko­ji se na­la­zio za vo­la­nom ,,gol­fa“ u ko­jem je su­vo­zač bi­la To­mo­vi­će­va u tre­nut­ku ka­da je Pe­jić BMV-om uda­rio u nji­ho­vo vo­zi­lo. Nu­ho­džić je ka­zao da se ne osje­ća kri­vim za na­sta­nak sa­o­bra­ćaj­ne ne­sre­će, is­ti­ču­ći da ja­ko ža­li zbog sve­ga što se de­si­lo.
Pe­jić i Nu­ho­džić se te­re­te da se ni­je­su pri­dr­ža­va­li sa­o­bra­ćaj­nih pro­pi­sa usled če­ga su 23. no­vem­bra 2014. go­di­ne na ras­kr­sni­ci uli­ca Fran­ca Ro­zma­na i Ni­ko­le Te­sle iza­zva­li ne­sre­ću sa smrt­nom po­slje­di­com.
Pre­ma op­tu­žni­ci, Pe­jić je vo­ze­ći br­zi­nom ve­ćom od do­zvo­lje­ne, ne ma­njom od 114 ki­lo­me­ta­ra, do­pri­nio da do­đe do ne­sre­će. Nu­ho­džić se te­re­ti da na ras­kr­sni­ci ni­je pro­pu­stio Pe­ji­ća ko­ji je na­i­la­zio iz su­prot­nog smje­ra.
– Osje­ćam se kri­vim za ovo što se de­si­lo, ali mi na­mje­ra ni­je bi­la da do­đe do sve­ga to­ga – ka­zao je Pe­jić pred vi­je­ćem su­di­je Pre­dra­ga Ta­ba­ša.
