“Ne osjećam se krivim za ovo što se desilo”: Vozio 100km/h i usmrtio djevojku
Dvadesetčetvorogodišnji Pavle Pejić priznao je juče u podgoričkom Višem sudu da je njegovom krivicom došlo do saobraćajne nesreće u kojoj je poginula devetnaestogodišnja studentkinja Maša Tomović. Osim Pejića, na optuženičkoj klupi je i Mensur Nuhodžić, koji se nalazio za volanom ,,golfa“ u kojem je suvozač bila Tomovićeva u trenutku kada je Pejić BMV-om udario u njihovo vozilo. Nuhodžić je kazao da se ne osjeća krivim za nastanak saobraćajne nesreće, ističući da jako žali zbog svega što se desilo.
Pejić i Nuhodžić se terete da se nijesu pridržavali saobraćajnih propisa usled čega su 23. novembra 2014. godine na raskrsnici ulica Franca Rozmana i Nikole Tesle izazvali nesreću sa smrtnom posljedicom.
Prema optužnici, Pejić je vozeći brzinom većom od dozvoljene, ne manjom od 114 kilometara, doprinio da dođe do nesreće. Nuhodžić se tereti da na raskrsnici nije propustio Pejića koji je nailazio iz suprotnog smjera.
– Osjećam se krivim za ovo što se desilo, ali mi namjera nije bila da dođe do svega toga – kazao je Pejić pred vijećem sudije Predraga Tabaša.
