Baranin Nikola Gojčević tvrdi da njegov brat Marko, koji je uhapšen u Sarajevu, nema nikakve veze sa planiranjem likvidacije u tom gradu.
– Istina je da je moj brat uhapšen u Sarajevu zbog nedozvoljenog posjedovanja oružja i određen mu je pritvor od 30 dana zbog tog djela koje mu se stavlja na teret. Ali nije istina da mu se bilo šta drugo o čemu su mediji pisali proteklih dana stavlja na teret. Marko Gojčević nije ni ubica ni pripadnik klanova, kako je to objavljeno.
Nije tačno ni da je imao veze sa nekim plaćenim ubistvima. Niti su kod njega nađene 4.000 eura za koje je objavljeno da ih je uzeo kao avans. Sve informacije o tome da li je on kriminalac možete dobiti u MUP-u i u crnogorskim sudovima. Jedino što je tačno je da je osuđivan samo za tuče, i jednom prije par godina je osuđen za nedozvoljeno držanje oružja. Ne želim da opravdavam stvari za koje je on bio osuđivan, ali je za to bio kažnjen u skladu sa zakonom – naveo je Gojčević.
