Odgođeno suđenje Podgoričaninu: Zbog bolesti nije mogao da dođe na ročište
Za 20. mart odgođeno je suđenje Podgoričaninu Veselinu Mujoviću kojeg je osuđeni šef budvanske kriminalne grupe Svetozar Marović tužio zbog 890.000 eura.
Taj novac Mujović mu je navodno uzeo obećavajući mu bolji status u istragama koje je Specijalno državno tužilaštvo vodilo protiv nekadašnjeg funkcionera DPS-a i njegove porodice.
Mujović je obavijestio Osnovni sud u Podgorici da zbog bolesti nije u mogućnosti da u svojstvu tuženog pristupi današnjem ročištu.
Podneskom u koji su “Vijesti” imale uvid, Mujović je predložio sudu da u skladu sa članom 212 Zakona o parničnom postupku prekine taj postupak s obzirom da odluka u tužbenom zahtjevu direktno zavisi od krivičnog postupka koji se protiv njega vodi zbog prevare.
Protiv njega se u Osnovnom sudu vodi i postupak da je pored Marovića pokušao da prevari i Budvanina Ljuba Rađenovića za 20.000 eura.
Mujović je ranije negirao da je prevario Marovića i Rađenovića, odnosno da im je za novac obećavao bolji položaj u istragama koje su bile otvorene protiv njihovih porodica.
