OSUMNJIČENI: Firma Nemesis i njen izvršni direktor oštetili budžet za 113.363 eura?
Službenici kriminalističke policije podnijeli su Osnovnom državnom tužilaštvu u Podgorici krivičnu prijavu protiv podgoričke firme Nemesis i njenog izvršnog direktora i osnivača Nikole Perovića (37) zbog sumnje da je zloupotrijebio službeni položaj i oštetio državni budžet za više od 113.000 eura.
Policija je, kako je saopšteno, provjerom poslovanja Nemesisa tokom proteklih pet godina došla do sumnje da je Perović, suprotno zakonskim propisima, Poreskoj upravi prikazivao lažne činjenice o visini ugovorene zarade za 77 zaposlenih stranaca.
“Time je oštetio budžet Crne Gore u iznosu od 113.363 eura. Nakon prikupljenih obavještenja i ocjene dokaza od strane nadležnog tužioca u Osnovnom državnom tužilaštvu u Podgorici, podnijeta je krivična prijava protiv pomenutog pravnog i odgovornog lica u pravnom licu”, ukazali su u Upravi policije.
