Osumnjičenom za krađu u hramu određene mjere nadzora
Sudija za istrage Osnovnog suda u Beranama Dragan Dašić odredio je mjere nadzora Ramadanu Beriši (28), zbog sumnje da je učinio krivično djelo teška krađa na štetu hrama Svetog Simeona Mirotočivog u tom gradu.
Mjere nadzora, po predlogu ODT, podrazumijevaju zabranu napuštanja stana i obavezu povremenog javljanja određenom državnom organu, odnosno Upravi policije CB Berane.
z Osnovnog suda je saopšteno da su ove mjere Beriši izrečene zbog postojanja okolnosti koje ukazuju na opasnost od bjekstva.
