PICULA PORUČIO: Jačati nezavisnost sudstva i spriječiti politički uticaj
Izvjestilac Evropskog parlamenta za Crnu Goru Tonino Picula kazao je da su nakon usvajanja izmjena Zakona o državnom tužilaštvu neka pitanja ostala otvorena, javlja RTCG.
“Pozdravljam što je Vlada Crne Gore dva puta konsultovala Venecijansku komisiju, ali neka pitanja ostaju otvorena. Naglašavam da je od izuzetne važnosti jačati nezavisnost sudstva i spriječiti politički uticaj”, naveo je Picula.
Podsjetimo juče je Skupština Crne Gore usvojila je izmjene i dopune Zakona o državnom tužilaštvu.
Za izmjene tog zakona glasalo je 41 poslanik vlasti. U vrijeme glasanja u Skupštini nije bilo poslanika opozicije.
Venecijanska komisija (VK) je u novom, drugom, mišljenju o izmjenama tužilačkih zakona u Crnoj Gori ocijenila da je neophodno osigurati da Tužilački savjet ne bude politizovan, a da bi novi vršilac dužnosti Vrhovnog državnog tužioca trebalo da bude izabran iz reda državnih tužilaca, a ne van tužilaštva.
Nekoliko ključnih preporuka sadržanih u mišljenju iz marta usvojeno je u potpunosti, dok su neke djelimično, navodi se u mišljenju Venecijanske komisije objavljenom 10. maja povodom korigovanog Predloga zakona o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o državnom tužilaštvu.
VK je prethodno 22. marta objavila negativno mišljenje o predloženim izmjenama.
