PODGORICA: ISTRAGA O PADU VOJNOG HELIKOPTERA NIJE OKONČANA NI NAKON GODINU I PO DANA
Prošlo je više od godinu i po dana od kada je tokom redovne letačke obuke pao helikopter Vojske Crne Gore tipa „gazela”, a istraga koju je tim povodom pokrenulo Više tužilaštvo i dalje traje. To nam je potvrdio zamjenik višeg državnog tužioca Željko Tomković, koji postupa u tom predmetu.
Odmah nakon nezgode, Tomković je donio naredbu kojom je određeno saobraćajno vještačenje radi utvrđivanja svih okolnosti pod kojima je došlo do nezgode, koje je povjereno sudskom vještaku iz oblasti vazduhoplova i telekomunikacija Predragu Boljeviću.
Samo 17 dana nakon pada „gazele”, iz Ministarstva odbrane su saopštili da je komisija za ispitivanje vanrednog događaja – udesa vazduhoplova utvrdila da je helikopter od dana proizvodnje, 8. aprila 1991, redovno održavan u skladu sa propisima proizvođača. O tome su obavijestili nadležnog tužioca, a javnosti su objasnili na osnovu čega je komisija donijela zaključak
– Komisija je tokom utvrđivanja uzroka udesa vazduhoplova uzela u obzir i sledeće parametre: raspoloživu dokumentaciju, materijalne dokaze, izjavu jednog člana posade vazduhoplova, izjave očevidaca udesa, izjave lica odgovornih za planiranje, organizovanje i rukovođenje letjenjem i izjave tehničkog osoblja koje je pripremilo vazduhoplov za let – saopšteno je tada iz Ministarstva odbrane.
U tenutku pada u letjelici su bili piloti pukovnik Namik Arifović, zamjenik komandanta Vazduhoplovstva Vojske Crne Gore, i potpukovnik Miroljub Antanasijević. Obojica su preživjela pad, ali su zadobili teške povrede, zbog kojih je Arifović jedno vrijeme bio u komi.
