PODGORICA: Kupili stanove, sada ne mogu da spavaju (VIDEO)
Stanari nove zgrade u podgoričkom naselju Zagorič, koji su većinom kupili stanove preko projekta 1000+, od buke ne mogu da spavaju.
Razlog je taj što građevinske mašine rade i u kasnim večernjim satima, a kvartovima se širi prašina koja dopire i do viših spratova stambenih zgrada.
U zgradi koja se nalazi dvadesetak metara od mjesta gdje radi građevinska mašina, žive većinom mladi bračni parovi sa malom djecom, predškolskog uzrasta.
“Veoma smo ljuti zato što investitor od koga smo kupili stanove preko projekta 1000+, uz ogromnu buku, izvodi građevinske radove teškim mašinama, ne birajući vrijeme do 22 časa uveče, kao i vikendom od ranih jutarnjih sati”, kazao je CdM-u jedan od revoltiranih stanara.
Razumije, kaže, da posao investitora mora da se završi na vrijeme.
“Ali ipak se nadamo da će se bolje organizovati i veliku buku kojoj smo izloženi da će stvarati u doba dana kada ljudi nijesu kod kuće, a ne kao do sada u časovima kada ljudi odmaraju”, istakao je on.
