PODGORICA: Nalogodavci ubistva iscenirali pljačku
Zbog toga su brat ubijenog biznismena Zoran-Coćo Bećirović i njegovi advokati zatražili da sud posredstvom međunarodne pravne pomoći zatraži njihovo dovođenje.
Bećirović je u izjavi Dnevnim novinama dvojicu uhapšenih u Beogradu zbog oružane pljačke doveo u direktnu vezu sa nalogodavcima Draganovog ubistva.
“Nalogodavci i organizatori Draganovog ubistva i njihov politički pokrovitelj, koje sam više puta pomenuo, napadače na Dragana u Kolašinu su preko svojih veza u Beogradu namjestili i organizovali im spektakularno hapšenje u tržnom centru Ušće, snimano kamerama o čemu su izvijestili svi srbijanski i crnogorski mediji, izuzev Vijesti.
Zamisao nalogodavaca je bila da ih na dugo sklone iz Crne Gore. Da ih tako onemoguće da svjedoče u ovom procesu i da im se za pokušaj ubistva Dragana u Kolašinu sudi u odsustvu. Prošla su vremena kada su se svjedoci i izvršioci sklanjali na drugačije načine. Mi ćemo insistirati da se preko međunarodne pravne pomoći Radnić i Rakočević dovedu u Viši sud. Nalogodavcima Draganovog ubistva je “kolašinska grupa” najslabija karika”, tvrdi Bećirović.
Tokom jučerašnjeg nastavka glavnog pretresa svjedočio je šef obezbjeđenja premijera Mila Đukanovića, Zoran Jovanović koji je objasnio kako se našao na mjestu ubistva neposredno nakon Draganove smrti. Objasnio da je čuo da je Dragan pogođen, te da je iz prijateljskih relacija odmah došao na mjesto događaja.
Svjedok Momo Kljajić, svjedočeći u procesu za ubistvo, koje je izvedeno 10. aprila 2011, ispričao detalje u vezi sa napadom koji se dogodio tri godine ranije u Kolašinu, kada je ubijeni Bećirović brutalno pretučen. Kljajić je kazao da je bio u kolima sa Bećirovićem kada im je put prepriječio džip iz kojeg su izašli Vineto Strugar, Miroslav Rakočević i Radule Dožić, koji su zatim napali i prebili pokojnog Dragana.
“Iz straha od napadača istražnom sudiji u Kolašinu tada sam kazao da ih ne poznajem, jer sam se bojao za sebe i porodicu”, kazao je Kljajić.
Svjedok Dejan Kašćelan je ispričao daa ne zna ništa o događaju koji se odigrao 2008. godine kada je Bećirović brutalno pretučen.
On je naveo da je boravio skoro dvije godine u hotelu “Bjanka”, te da je nekoliko dana prije napada na Bećirovića u Kolašinu, pretučen i izbačen iz tog hotela.
U svojstvu svjedoka juče je saslušan i Budvanin Nikola Marković koji je u noći ubistva sjedio sa Draganom u kafiću “Perla”.
On je ispričao da mu je Dragan, iako nekoliko godina stariji od njega, bio prijatelj i da ga nikad nije vidio nervoznog.
“Uvijek je bio nasmijan i raspoložen. Sa mnom nikad nije pričao o ozbiljnim temama”, kazao je Marković.
Zbog sumnje da je u aprilu 2011. godine na podmukao način ubio Dragana Bećirovića, uhapšen je Danilovgrađanin Marko Šaranović (30). Lisice na ruke stavljene su i njegovom sugrađaninu Milanu Bulatoviću (32), koji je nakon saslušanja u tužilaštvu pušten na slobodu.

Bećirović se juče osvrnuo i na nedolazak na suđenje bivšeg šefa budvanske policije Siniše Jokića i inspektora Đoke Golubovića.
“Simptomatično je da načelnik policije u Budvi Siniša Jokić u vrijeme Draganovog ubistva i šef tima za istragu Draganovog ubistva, Đoka Golubović nijesu danas došli da svjedoče iako su im pozivi uredno uručeni preko policije. Đoka Golubović je živio u istom ulazu gdje i Dragan. Dvadesetak dana prije Draganovog ubistva Đoka ga je sačekao na stepeništu sa pištoljem u ruci da mu prijeti. Nadam se da će oni biti privedeni na sljedeće ročiste”, izrazio je svoja očekivanja Zoran Bećirović.
