Presuda Bigoviću u Strazburu 13. januara
Evropski sud za ljudska prava u Stratzburu izreći će presudu u predmetu Ljubo Bigović protiv Crne Gore u četvrtak, 13.januara, najavljeno je iz tog suda. Bigović je tužbu podnio žaleći se na uslove pritvora u istražnom zatvoru.
Pojašnjava se da je u pitanju prijava br. 43763/20, gdje Ljubo Bigović tuži Crnu Goru a tužba je predata 23.septembra 2020.godine, javlja RTCG.
Kako se navodi na sajtu Evropskog suda, pritužba podnosioca predstavke odnosi se na član tri Evropske konvencije o ljudskim pravima, to jest, na loše uslove pritvora u istražnom zatvoru za period 2019.godine.
Istaknuto je da podnosilac predstavke služi kaznu od 30 godina zatvora zbog pokušaja iznude, ugrožavanja javne sigurnosti i teškog ubistva, sve putem podstrekavanja.
Bigović je u Strazburu prije nekoliko godina tužio Crnu Goru zbog postupanja prema njemu i zatvorsklh uslova nakon hapšenja, i sud je djelimično to prihvatio. Na ime štete dosuđeno mu je 7.500 eura.
Inače, Bigović je osuđen na 30 godina zatvora zbog učešća u ubistvu policijskog inspektora Slavoljuba Šćekića.
