ŠVERCOVALI TONU I PO KOKAINA: Saslušano više svjedoka u istrazi protiv Budimira i Marine Krstović
U predmetu protiv Budimira i Marine Krstović, osumnjičenih za učestvovanje u švercu 1,4 tone kokaina, čekaju se nalazi hemijskog vještačenja i vještačenja iz oblasti digitalnih dokaza i informacionih tehnologija, a dosad je saslušan i veći broj svjedoka, potvrđeno je “Danu” iz Višeg državnog tužilaštva u Podgorici.
– Više državno tužilaštvo u Podgorici je donijelo naredbu o sprovođenju istrage protiv B.K. i M.K. zbog krivičnog djela neovlašćena proizvodnja, držanje i stavljanje u promet opojnih droga i predmet se nalazi u fazi istrage, tokom koje se preduzimaju sve neophodne mjere i radnje. Saslušano je više lica u svojstvu svjedoka, date su naredbe za hemijsko vještačenje, te vještačenje po vještaku iz oblasti digitalnih dokaza i informacionih tehnologija, i ta vještačenja su u toku – piše u odgovoru na naše pitanje koje potpisuje tužilac i portparol VDT-a Lepa Medenica.
Budimir Krstović, zvani Budo Banana, i njegova kćerka Marina uhapšeni su krajem avgusta, nakon što je policija u njihovom skladištu u Zeti pronašla kokain skriven u paketima banana. Oboje su na saslušanju tvrdili da nemaju ništa sa pronađenom drogom. Nakon saslušanja pred sudijom za istrage Višeg suda u Podgorici pušteni su da se brane sa slobode, a nakon što se tužilaštvo žalilo na takvu odluku njima je određen pritvor. Prema poslednjem rješenju suda, njima je pritvor produžen do kraja novembra.
Prema prvim nezvaničnim rezultatima istrage, sumnja se da je kokain u kontejnerima sa bananama stigao u Luku Bar iz Ekvadora.
Osumnjičeni Krstović je prije nekoliko dana uputio pismo najvišim državnim zvaničnicima, među kojima i predsjedniku skupštinskog odbora za bezbjednost Milanu Kneževiću. U tom pismu, prema saznanjima RTCG, on ističe da niko iz Luke Bar, Uprave carina i zaposlenih na brodu koji je prevozio tovar sa kokainom nije ispitan u ovom procesu, te da se sva krivica želi pripisati isključivo njemu i njegovoj kćerki. Krstović tvrdi da su određene strukture iz crnogorske policije imale informaciju da se u njegovom kontejneru sa bananama nalazi kokain.
