Traže izručenje Đukića srpskim vlastima
Predsjednik Koalicije udruženja srpskih izbjeglica Miodrag Linta zatražio je danas od nadležnih organa u Crnoj Gori da odbiju hrvatski zahtjev za izručenje srpskog generala u penziji Borislava Đukića i da ga izruče srpskim vlastima.
Linta je ocijenio da je hapšenje Đukića u Crnoj Gori po potjernici Hrvatske nastavak dugogodišnje hrvatske politike zastrašivanja protjeranih Srba.
“Hrvatska država nastoji konstantnim hapšenjima Srba, od kojih velika većina nijesu počinili nikakvo krivično djelo, da potvrdi lažnu tezu da su Hrvati žrtve i oslobodioci, a da je srpska strana zločinačka koja je vodila agresorski rat. Pored toga, hrvatska država nastoji da prognanim Srbima ograniči slobodu kretanja i da ih odvrati od povratka u mjesta odakle su protjerani prije 20-25 godina”, naveo je Linta saopštenju.
Linta je zatražio od ministarstava pravde i spoljnih poslova Srbije kao i Tužilaštva za ratne zločine da se maksimalno angažuju kod crnogorskih vlasti da se general Đukić izruči Srbiji i da mu se sudi pred Odjeljenjem za ratne zločine u Beogradu.
“Hrvatska ima pravo da prati sudski proces koji bi se vodio u Srbiji i da dostavlja eventualne dokaze protiv generala Đukića”, naveo je Linta, ocjenjujući da suđenje u Hrvatskoj ne bi bilo fer i pošteno jer hrvatsko pravosuđe nije “ni nezavisno, ni profesionalno već je etnički motivisano i u službi cementiranja etničkog čišćenja Srba”.
